Light up tube under power lines

Saw this photo online within the past few years...

The story goes that it was a photographer (obviously an EMF-wise one) who bought 200 or so fluorescent tubes, stuck them in the ground under the powerlines, & waited until dark & voila!

Thanks for the YT link.  Will save it & watch another time as I see it is about Mr. Stih who I just heard 2-days ago in an audio-interview with Lloyd Burrell! :)
