LifeWave Glutathione Patches

April R
Anybody tried these?  I have to admit to being curious, especially since my body doesn't seem to do a good job handling any of the precursors.  Been trying a lot of different things and, surprise surprise, no luck

I have tried these, and these make me feel awful, just like all gluthathione supplements... I'm sure glutathione is probably great for you, but my tolerance is just so low that I get all the boost I can handle simply by taking Vitamin D3.

What kind of reaction do you get? I've been taking Swanson Setria Glutathione but I usually feel like crap anyway and can't tell the difference.

Generally, my symptoms of "too much Glutathione" are fatigue, nausea, reddened/burning skin, and then I usually come down with the flu.  I get this with whey powder, sublingual glutathione, those patches, etc.  But I can definitely tell a difference, because I don't usually have those problems when I don't take things to boost glutathione.

Yes, I have a similarly bad reaction to NAC as well, but I don't have quite as much experience with various types of supplements as I do with Glutathione.

Ultimately, I *do* believe that Glutathione is good for people, it's just that when you're really toxic, you need to be very careful with dosage.  And my tolerance is lower than most.

Thanks for the info. I'm going to try to pay more attention to how i feel when I take it and/or the NAC.

...aaand that's good to know before I waste $70!  I have terrible reactions to NAC, glutathione, ALA, not least of which is allergic (stuff with sulfur).  Off to the herbs I go - thanks!  Curious about cat's claw...

Of course, I have seen some people recommend that if you have problems with
sulfur, then you should supplement with molybdenum.  Although, I've tried
that myself and not noticed it helping (it seems that nothing quite works as
claimed).
