I have a friend who has small house outside of LA that she is wiling to rent to emf sensitives for very reasonable.
She needs $500/month and your pay own utilities.
So this is a two bedroom, 1 ba, 1 car garage house. If there is more than one person there may be a slight incremental.
She is willing to take smart meter off house. Any changes you deem necessary can be done if done to help resale or ethically.
She wants to wait for a few years to sell property since it has not appreciated. She has gigahertz meter so she understands emf.
San Bernadino is not an employment center so some sort of income is pretty much necessary. She is sending me pictures to help you get sense of it. Stucco house I believe. I have not seen it. Previous tenant is out and cleanup in progress.
