Incandescents are not banned in the USA, if that's the country you're referring to.  It was reported that they were going to be, but I just bought some last week, and they are easy to find.  Also, there are plenty of exemptions... reflector bulbs, long life bulbs, specialty (including "full spectrum") bulbs, incandescents with halogen gas inside them, etc.

So I really haven't had to change anything with my home lighting... any bulb that I bought 10 years ago is still available today.

We can no longer find the 100 watt incandescent bulbs in stores in our area unless it's a specialty triple-wattage type for lamps.

I think all bulbs 60 or 75 watts and below are still allowed to be sold
I use lower watt full spectrum bulbs and they give off a decent amount of light

If you buy the long-life / rough service bulbs, which are exempt from these laws, you can still buy 100, 150, and 200 watt incandescent bulbs:

Thanks, Marc.  My husband will be so happy as he has been looking for these for his shop.

Re: LED light bulbs

charles
LED lamps.

There are four types of LED lamps regarding elektrosmog.

1. Which make dirty electricity back to the mains net.
2. Which are transmitting dirty frequencies in the air ( what I call *dirty air*).
3. Which do both: so transmitting *dirty power* back in the line, and transitting *dirty air*.
4. Which do NOT transmit *dirty power* back in the line, and  not transitting *dirty air*.

I have found overhere, that the LED lamps sold by Ikea are of thye 4th type.

Furthermore I want to point to a study by Prof. Balck.
It is in German, but there is Google translate or Babylon.
http://www.biosensor-physik.de/biosensor/led-stress.htm
Apart from EMF, he describes that sensitive persons may get complaints by direct LED light.
The radiation of direct LED goes even through a wooden plank!
