Yesterday in the mail I received the whole house system Quantum Pro as well as two pendants for my husband and myself (rejuvenizer and bioelectric shield from toolsforwellness.com). I immediately hooked up the Quantum Pro and put it on the lowest setting and moved it up a bit a few minutes later just as the directions say.
I then put on the rejuvenizer pendant and soon thereafter I felt I had to go to the bathroom quickly and it was almost like diarrhea. Has anyone experienced any cleansing reactions with any of these type of products? Is this supposed to happen? Soon thereafter I felt completely drained of energy with my chest area feeling heavy. I then took off the pendant thinking it was overkill. Do you think I should just wear the necklace when I leave my home since I have the whole house unit? When my husband came home, he put on his pendant for a few minutes and then we stepped outside to visit on the patio and he also complained that his chest was feeling heavy. I didn't tell him until afterward that I experienced the same thing. Does it take time to feel the relaxation and energy from these products or do they usually work instantly? I would appreciate any insight into what may be happening. Thanks, Deborah [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |

Hi Deborah,
> I then put on the rejuvenizer pendant and soon thereafter I felt I > had to go to the bathroom quickly and it was almost like diarrhea. > Has anyone experienced any cleansing reactions with any of these type > of products? Yes, I have experienced such things... many times, in fact! There are two potential issues that I know of: 1) You may be overdoing it. The Quantum Pro is an extremely strong product for anyone to start off with, and you may need to initially keep it at the lowest setting, or move it as far away from you as possible, or only have it on for parts of the day, and eventually build up to a higher setting if/when you can tolerate it. For me, it took me MONTHS to be able to build up to the Quantum Pro. My initial reaction was a surge of energy, which was followed the next day by fatigue, but in all cases there was a a better resistance to EMF. One such strategy you might try with it is to only have it turned on when you are using the computer or watching TV, and place it next to the source of the EMF (not next to you). Also, I'd suggest not combining items if you're having trouble with just tolerating just one of them. (at least, not until later) 2) You must allow for the possibility that these items are actually harmful to your health. I know that these things all advertise themselves as being protective and good for you, but I haven't found that to be the case for all such devices. An initial cleansing reaction like fatigue and nausea and can be a good sign that these items are helping you to detoxify, but if you are having other adverse reactions like heart palpitations, tightness in your chest, etc. I'd think about not using something. Several items caused me discomfort in my chest, and I eventually abandoned all things which caused this symptom. Having to go to the bathroom a lot however is something that I consider to be a GOOD sign, and should go away if you back of on your use of the device and also should go away in time as your body detoxifies. For me, I look back at my experimentation with EMF protection devices and can see that I was overdoing it for YEARS. It wasn't until I went and saw a person who was open minded about these devices and did muscle testing on me and determined exactly how many devices I could handle using at the same time, and under which circumstances. And her advice not only proved to be accurate, but it was also a lot fewer (and less powerful) things than I had been using! The goal I think is to feel good plus be more tolerant to EMF. Any adverse reaction is a sign that you're doing more than you can handle at the current time. That doesn't mean that you won't be able to handle it next week or next year, but it does mean you should back off for the time being. Marc |

Hi Deb & John,
I went through the same experience, starting my battle against EMF over the past 4 months, and will share what worked for me. My pranic healing master and I did an experiment measuring the energy at key chakras of my body when I was wearing a Springlife polarizer (an EMF protection device - bioharmonics.com) and not. We were quite amazed at the increased energy and size of all my chakras when I was wearing the polarizer. Normally this is good to have full energy and large chakras, but can also become congested if too much energy. What I discovered though is that if I wore my Springlife polarizer for very long at all, I started getting pressure on my chest, mostly around my solar plexus. I was told by my pranic healing master to be careful wearing these types of devices, since they can interfere with our natural energy systems. I now only use my Springlife polarizer as a shield at my computer. I have it sitting right on my notebook computer, and notice it makes a big difference. It is either deflecting EMF from the computer, or strengthening my energy system to cope with computer. So I suggest trying to initially use your rejuvenizer and bioelectric shields at the source of the EMF and not on your body, and see if that helps. I also have a Quantum product called Quantum Home. I have only been able to turn it up to about 1/4 for the past 4 months that I have owned it. I finally noticed it works best for me on its lowest setting all the time. Based on research from Dr. Cherry in New Zealand, where he has proven that EMF disables our bodies melatonin (cleansing system) which normally cleans free radicals from our body at night, I believe the Quantum Home has allowed my body to clean itself more completely. As soon as I plugged in my Quantum, I woke up earlier in the morning with much more energy than I've had in a long time. I also didn't feel a drag on my body during the day, so was more motivated to get things done. My conclusion is that the Quantum lets our body take care of itself better by protecting us from power systems in the home, but I haven't noticed much difference around my computer or TV. I suspect there may be different frequencies or types of waves involved with the different sources of EMF, which make the Quantum effective with some waves or component of waves and not with others. My final combination is that I use Quantum for home power protection in general, SpringLife Polarizer on my computer, and Aulterra Neutralizer on a necklace to protect me further from computer or TV EMF. With this I have gone from being very ill after only 20 minutes on computer two months ago, to working almost all day on computer. In the background though, I replaced all my mercury fillings, and have been doing DMSA detox together with a nutritional program from USANA (same nutrition program Olympic Athletes use), and glutathione replacement with Immunotec HMS-90 (http://www.immunotec.com/biohealth/page.asp?intNodeID=2462). I read an article that mentions that mercury can severely deplete glutathione in our body and cause all sorts of problems like hypothyroidism, which is one of my major problems right now. From following our EMF group, and from what my naturopath has told me, mercury is a major source for creating EMF sensitivity. Glutathione also helps replace sulphur in our body, which is where mercury bonds throughout our body, and why it takes so long to detox from mercury. I also found removing dairy products from my diet reduced my nausea & nerve pain from EMF sensitivity. Like Marc has mentioned before, we all respond completely differently to all these devices & techniques and all we can do is trial & error. In my opinion a reaction like this is an indication that the device is
unsuited to you, possibly even dangerous. The heaviness in the chest would be the heart being affected adversely by the device, and whatever frequency it was emitting. This is why I always ask 'how do these things work?' because I think there is always a danger that they could do some serious harm. I know that the device I used to have nearly gave me a heart attack many years ago. I don't believe it is a de-tox reaction - this would take longer and not be so violent. > there is always a danger that they could do some serious harm. > I know that the device I used to have nearly gave > me a heart attack many years ago. Through my years of trial & error in detoxing, I've tried several unrelated things that have all given me the same sort of chest discomfort that some EMF devices do. And of course, *all* of these things were advertised as being good for you: 1. Modifilan -- a seaweed extract that is supposed to help detox you from heavy metals and radiation poisoning. 2. Chia seeds -- a seed which is supposed to boost your energy levels and supply a good source of omega-3 fatty acids. 3. e-Lyte -- an electrolyte concentrate which you mix with water. 4. Sacred Geometry Medallion -- a copper medallion wore around the neck that is supposed to compensate for unhealthy EMF. 5. Salt lamp -- a lamp containing large salt crystals, that is supposed to raise the amount of negative ions in the air. 6. Bioelectric Shield -- an EMF protection device which uses crystals. Many of these items *did* indeed boost my energy levels, however the adverse effects in my chest area was so bad that I discontinued use of all of them, and found things which didn't cause this adverse effect. However, some of the items that did me the most good in the long-term did cause some initial problems -- namely fatigue, headaches, nausea, loose bowel movements, and gas. For the most part, by controlling dosage/exposure, one can minimize these effects, and they eventually go away altogether. Marc |

Have you tried placing your Quantum Home right next to the computer or TV and see if that makes a difference? I noticed a *huge* difference in my being able to tolerate an LCD monitor by placing my Quantum Pro right in back of the monitor (cranked to its maximum setting, no less). The only problem with that solution is that my cats immediately responded by soiling the carpet... :-( Positioning seems to be quite important with the Quantum Products... placing it as close to the source of the problem gives the strongest result. And if it turns out to be too strong, you can experiment with moving it further away... Marc |
