Is Wireless to Wired Phone and Internet Illegal????

I have posted before about trying to set up phone/internet where there is no wired service, which is everywhere near me and nearby states, except for very very overcrowded apartment tenements and high-rises. Links to type of stuff I am trying to do:

I have had a horrid time getting any info on how to's and the only help whatsoever I have gotten is from some kind ones on this group. Other than that I have had no luck contacting professionals in related fields. The only other thing of use to me was hours reading amazon/ and youtube product reviews. I was referred today to a phone installation company in another town near me [I usually do not call or deal with anyone in that town EVER-they have a reputation of creating drama and messing up what you are trying to do-but I did anyway since the recommendation came so highly]. This man referred me to someone he knew who does these kinds of things and supposed has an open mind and thinks outside the box. When I spoke to him I was nothing but balled out: how bad I was for even thinking of this kind of stuff and if the cell phone companies  should be the only one I deal with on this and I should not try to wire anything unless I have landline service and implied back and forth I am a terrible criminal person.

This was my only hope of getting out of my moldy "Katrina" apartment full of heavy RF radiation that is making me sick, one that section 8 will not re-approve and the landlords that own it no longer want to rent it. My other options are moving into my trailer and going hungry, because w/ out phone and internet, my food, necessities, and everything else is cut off-I am too disabled and bed ridden to not have these service. Of course the man knew that, but trying to set up these phone options is "bad" and "very wrong".  I have also known of other ES who are publicly known in our circles, who are doing wireless to wired internet, but are very secretive about any equipment or tech they are using: OK they are obviously hacking into Verizon or AT and T towers, but that is not what I am wanting to know. The tech and equipment for all this is the same whether your hack or buy the data, but the lack of transparency gives away the hack part. Why else would another ES be so unwilling to help another in need, if they did not fear discovery. As is usual it's the trying to be so secretive that gives away the truth. So I was never able to get anything usable as to a set up from that one. Other ES are downright angry with me that I want to move out of my really bad place and go to a safer place, where I would be using wireless to wired to have access to a safer place to live. I get it, and we really do not want to support wireless, but I do not think they are seeing the whole picture here[a really bad situation vs a much safer one using the 2 devices].

The tech that sent me into my night of tears is not ES, so I don't think he is judging this as bad, because I am starting w/ wireless devices[supporting verizon], but yet he's convinced what I am trying to do is a horrid crime. I have 2 videos up of me testing the mifi thing and have worked hard on my channel and put it there to help other ES folks. I do not want to go pulling and erasing  useful videos, where what i do in them works and at the time I did them, it gave me hope of a way out, hope I no longer have, unless I want to live as a criminal in the shadows and to save my life and health it's something to consider. But after the encounter maybe it's best to pull the videos, blogs and any statements that discuss my desired set up, to avoid future legal problems. I never thought setting up wireless to wired phone so I can live in a healing place to be a crime, but people are sitting in jail for much less. So it's something I need to know.

Should I just give up hope and prepare to die sooner than later or go to pain management and get ready to go to a nursing home and die a slow painful death? Or I can reach out to the "criminal element" and see if somehow I can get help from that camp in getting this built, keeping quiet, telling lies and keeping it hidden, to the point of making some poor innocent pit bull live in a dog house, where I have hidden the devices 100 feet safely from me. I did speak to one park about needing to set up wireless many feet away due to health issues and required phone and net due to mobility issues and they said they can't have "that behavior" in their park!  Another thing leading me to believe what I am trying to do is not legal.

The other side of me has to asking if this is not legal and so bad how can verizon and straight talk phones be sold at many stores in my area, some big box and they hook to wired lines, just not usually from 100 feet. I had one before [I had 50 feet of white cord going between all the extensions and the device]. I found RF made me so sick, never got a visit from the cops or complaints from any person or agency, during the few months I made hours of calls a day on that verizon line. Amazon has terms of service of what can be listed, but not everything listed on that site is legal-far from it. Amazon is selling both the mifis and the phones and people talk there of tethering w/ USB as I am going to do and so does the owners manual put out by verizon, sprint, and virgin all three talk of how to tether to MAC and PC.  So I am so confused. Then on the other hand the eiwellspring guy no longer has that set up, but I thought it was because he could not tolerate any phone or electronics, but now I wonder.


So if anyone knows what steps I could take next, I need to move on and into my trailer, I can not afford legal fees right now, I so badly need someone that can do the DIY part of the rest of this, as I physically can't and help me get it together and if not legal to do I need to find out fast before I try. I need to put the mifi and phone connect in someone else's name, so it's not tied to me.  If I need to be careful and hide this and do it underground, I should start now. And also get those videos off youtube so I do not get my account closed or end up in bad standing w/ youtube for posting illegal videos that are bad. I do know another channel that has posted the things that helped me get ideas for my set up, has suddenly stopped any new content, due to threats and nastiness. BTW the largest landline co. in the US makes most their income off the dividends from holdings in wireless industry stock [not their landlines/DSL], so a set up like this does not hurt them, it pays them. I also do not get if I am running a wire vs wifi wouldn't there be less stuff to create illegal interference, the type of stuff the FCC concerns cover, with other things? I am NOT planning to use ANY booster or antenna device. All but the recent ones of this year are not legal to FCC rules and can not be sold.

I have gotten a lot of judgement from very able bodied mobile non sick people that say they would go with out internet and phone, but if I did that, the 700 calories I eat everyday would not be in my kitchen and too sick to grow my own food and what about toilet paper and trash removal and life saving medications??

Please give any feedback on what I can do here w/ no $$.  Also landline service is not an option here or would have done already.

Umm, I think that person is incorrect.  It seems to me that what you are doing is perfectly legal, and probably done by many people (although not for ES reasons).

I have been so Upset and it's the worst thing in the world to have given up all hope. The reason I never deal with that town is it would be just like them to try to undermine me. They do this constantly to anyone they can and have a state wide reputation. Anything you try to do they will ruin it. People that have known me a long time says that place ruined me and I am no longer the same person they knew. I was smart enough not to stay and to BURN ALL bridges, except for 2 who got out right after me. The town has a reputation for starting as much drama as possible for everyone they can, an exorbitant number of  suicides: people move in and they are fine and after the years go by they finally go down so low.  

I think maybe that guy was just trying to undermine me and ruin everything for me, what else could it be? But then I feel like what I have done w/ setting up wireless to wired is so criminal I have had to just give up. I woke up in tears all night and it's 5pm the next day and all my goals and dreams are gone.

I still want to find a way to live in my RV that all my money and tons of debt is sunk into, but I need phone and net and need further help to get that done, but how can I do that if it's treated as something illegal?

How can I find someone who can do the rest the job w/ what I have put together so far and convince them they are not going to get 10 to 20 for helping me??

I've thought already of trying to talk to those on the fringes of the law and might be more out of the box, though it's hard enough to find anyone on the planet that has enough tech and DIY skills to do this stuff???

How can I convince them it's legal and above ground??  I don't think they are even going to get close enough to read any proof I can provide?

I want to say here that I am most likely not going to make any more contact about this project, w/ any one in my state except for the couple of RV people who are very out of the box and was going to use once and will probably reach out to AZ-which has failed so far or maybe the NY tri state area or another location. Any ideas??

2 months ago I called all the wireless companies and Novatel and they know less about the products than I do. Verizon did not even mention the availability of mifi and said "No portable internet that can be wired to my computer exists". Weird as their newer mifi data plans are a big cash cow for them.  Novatel told me their device will not work, as I am using it, though at the time of conversation I informed them I was using it w/ the battery removed in my video and had 3 times. They told me "no way can the device turn on that way". So these are not resources.

Any ideas on what cities or areas I could try?  Or types of business to contact to finish and get this built, with out getting "yelled down" and the authorities called for asking???
