My grandson wore braces for two years and that was bad enough, but now the new thing for dentists is to affix a metal wire brace behind the teeth after the braces are removed. This, they call a 'permanent retainer' and it is intended to be in the person's mouth as long as he has teeth to keep the teeth from moving back to its pre-braces position.
Of course it is difficult to clean around this wire, so they give the person a little plastic or rubber thing that is supposed to get under the wire when cleaning the teeth. My grandson does not do this often, so I suspect he will have rotted his teeth long before the emf gets to his brain, but I'm still interested in any comments regarding this wire.
The boy uses a cell phone and lots of wireless stuff. Any ideas, guys?
