Interferance from Plasma TV

I have been keeping you guys abreast on this story well I tracked down the
source of the spurious signal running through my telecoms and mains wiring
plus ground it was coming from a large plasma TV over the road, the tv is
connected to Sky so its signal enters elec mains as well as telecoms
simultaneously. I said to the person who owned the tv that i would not like to be so close
to a device that can send out such spurious signals over that distance addi
ng that I am sure it would lead to fatigue etc as he walked away he said yes I
do feel tired !
now that I have located the source where do I go from here, his wife is
gunning for me !!! and they will not be getting rid of their beloved Plasma any
time soon.
