I need help understanding what is happening to me.

I have noticed lately that I am always feeling like I am slowly and
sort of softly getting shocked continuosly. During lightning storms I
feel like I am being mildly electricuted as if any minute I will shoot
out a bolt of electricity out of my body. Even as I sit here and typre
this I have tingling sensations all through my body. It is starting to
worry me alot more now because the symptoms are getting stronger. I am
constantly getting shocked when I touch metal, and I am on solid
concrete floors. If anyonew has felt these kind of things before let me
know what you have done to stop these things

Does this happen outside your house? If not, sounds like you may have
an electrical problem somewhere in the house, perhaps something not
grounded properly, or charge leaking. Do you have a gauss meter?

Also, do you take electrolytes? (unprocessed sea salt contains these,
as well as many commercial electrolyte replacement preparations). And
how are your EFAs? If you have electrolyte balance or lipid problems
your nerves might be hyper-sensitive. But might need to experiment a
bit to find the right mix for yourself. The best I have found is

Yes this does happen outside the home. I shock just about everyone I
touch. The feeling that I get worsen when there is a storm outside.
And since I live in Tampa Fla, The Lightning Capitol Of the world, I

I've had this happen in the past. Rarely now.

And, yes, that feeling of impending lightning is a bit scary. If
you're feeling it, the hair on the back of your neck rise, and
whatever, they say is an indication you are close enough you could be
struck by it.
Just changing the type of shoes you're wearing may help, -can't say
just what kind of materials cause it, but some I will get shocks, and
others not.

Then I would seriously consider the electrolyte balance route. An
inexpensive test would be to find an electrolyte replacement drink and
drink it every day for a few days, see what happens. A natural foods
drink would be best, don't want to add a lot of artificial ingredients
to the mix.
