How to make smart phone companies liable for what they do to your health

Jinna
https://inpowermovement.com/

Watch this video for first 10 minutes, you'll definitively watch it until the end, then still watch their next documentaries.

How to use the commerce strategies your smart meter company is doing to you, meaning, imposing their gadgets and destroying your health, to make them liable and pay for that.

they can't hide behind their corporations once you know how to BACK FIRE using the same tools they are doing to us.

How to take power back in your hands, even if you already have a smart meter installed.

Amazing movement. Pass the word on!!!

"The InPower Docu-Series illustrates a powerful new method to restore social justice and accountability.

Episode #1 focuses on solving the ‘smart’ meter problem:

- how we can prevent and reverse the installation of this dangerous technology, through holding corporate executives and government actors financially accountable — for the first time ever. And in so doing, we can restore safety in our homes, and bring balance to our world."

At 21 min, they start talking about smart meters.

People get arrested for denying smart meters.

30 min:
Smart meter agenda is happening worldwide.

It's coming from OUTSIDE the level of a country, from a very high level.

Obama says:
"6 years ago, smart meters were rare.
Today 60 million consumers have access to detailed information about how much energy we use"

The government just admitted it will use smart home devices for spying.

Steven Pratt: CTO, Center Point Energy speaks:

" The most exciting thing for me is that we have an ENTIRE organization that's got data as an asset for the first time in our company's history.

We get a LOT of data.

We do 221 million meter reads a day, which creates a terabite of data every day.
...
Center Point Energy actually works with a governing variety of entities in terms of insuring that we are well positioned..."

News head line:
European Commission wants another S 700 billion for smart grid updates" 2013

Data market is 2.3 trillion market.

"Constitution, Amendment IV

the right of people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, ..."

"You can't spy on people. It's in the constitution. If they spy on people, that's treason".

Some people are being made liable and stepping down the government.

He suggests NOT to take the case to a normal lawyer, that will probably not help.

Few lawyers understand though.

A Mass Action of Liability:

On January 30th, 2015, the CEO of Corix Utilities (?), the installer of smart meters of British Columbia received more than 100 notices of liability.

On February 4ths, the CEO Brett Hodson resigned from Corix Group.

This action was sent to the office of British Columbia Utilities Commission, Len Kelsy, CEO, who also resigned in late 2015.

Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada was the first groups that began to implement the liability action.

Later there were groups in Seatlle and Detroit." See what happen at 38 minutes in the video!!!

How to make them liable ( about 42 minutes):

Use their tools, use the contract.

Instead of tacit agreement (meaning, if you said nothing meant you accepted the smart meter), you put a condition:

"If you put a meter on ma house, I will charge you 10,000 dollars per day".
This is deemed ACCEPTED if a meter is installed (or not removed).

You put a meter on, you gotta pay.
This is OUR terms to THEIR contract, to their OFFER (of the smart meter).

Exactly like when you buy a house or a car.

they have been cheating the whole population because they think we don't understand how it works.

you gotta talk to them back in money terms.

don't try to tell them 'this is hurting me, I don't want you to survey me', they do not care.

The only thing they care is money. If they have to pay, they'll stop installing smart meters.

It's been my experience that plenty of attorneys understand that smart meters are basically an illegal wire tap, but they do not have the resources to go up against powerful utility companies which now apparently have the approval of government agencies to put these harmful spy devices on our houses.  Are you familiar with a similar ruling about the Naperville, IL smart meter case?  The court found that smart meters do a "search" of your home but since the search is only every 15 minutes and the meters provide "benefits" it's OK!

On August 16, 2018, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit ruled that:

“[Smart meter] data, even when collected at fifteen-minute intervals, reveals details about the home that would be otherwise unavailable to government officials [without] a physical search.  Naperville therefore ‘searches’ its residents’ homes when it collects this data.” [3]

I'm in an EMF group where people are reporting that not one person has been successful using Josh del Sol's liability contract scheme, and some are questioning if Josh is who he claims to be.  Utilities will tell you that they have the right to use equipment of their choice and they do not have to sign liability contracts with customers.

Yes, I live in Seattle, where Josh lives and promoted this scheme locally, but it has never worked here.

That's sad... I wonder if you got to act in a group instead of one by one?

I don't see what interest could Josh have to promote this... Do you think it's a scam?

In Seattle, they DID act as a group -- I think there were over 20 people all doing this at the same time, and they attended meetings to coordinate.  Still, nothing became of it.

I am suspicious of Josh's claims.  Here's one man's take on it:

"Why is Mr. del Sol promoting a process that he must know does not and cannot work? Who can say? His intentions may be the best but perhaps he has been misled in some way."

Fogtop, yep, other people are also saying this is not working... But they also don't know what's behind Josh's intentions...?

But I checked some names of politicians Josh mentioned in the video, and they indeed seemed to have stepped down...

I still wonder....
