Overhere, a lamp on 50Hz wil go 50 times on and off per second.
In the USA with 60Hz, a lamp will go 60 times on and off per second.
That is a stroboscopic effect. Stroboscopic effects are not good for the body.

The LEDs do not function on candle light, but need electricity.
So all these modulations, the LED's are working with, will not only work inside the room, but on all electricity conduits in the building, like PLC.
