Good question, Romana, as I've wondered the same thing. This fairly recent comment mentioned 100 per month in North America but no reference/source for that figure was providrd: [...] M.E. LaZerte High School Let’s look at why we need SMART METERS. #1 A smart meter will hurt or even KILL disabled homeowners who have disabled medical implants. The average of deaths by smart meter radiation and smart meter fires is almost 100 every month in North America. [...] Comment in source arricle copied here: "Smart meters pose dangers [A Letter to Editor] Smart": "Sandaura" (lady in westetn Massachusetts USA) who has the above SmartMeterNewsUpdates.wordpress.com blog has mentioned over the years the figure of "millions" dying. I wondered where/how she got that estimate (not that I doubt it's possible). Ditto Victor Nixon, M.Sc. & global-contractor SCADA expert in his 2009-2012 SmartMeter investigation reports also had used the "millions" of deaths figure & I wondered, ditto, how he determinrd that? (He died 09/2012 @ age 59 from heart problems but his girlfriend later wrote a letter to the FCC saying his death was NOT due to SmartMeters. Her letter was posted @ above Sandaura's SmartMeters wordpress blog. Sandaura had met Victor at some point. He was living in Pennsylvania USA when his EMF/ELF problems began. Near the end he had moved to Idaho USA but died there a few months later.) PS: A "movie review" re a new(?) documentary (title: "Ubiquity") re three people with ES:

This is very difficult to estimate.
Here in Norway "Statens Strålevern" (Government radiation agency) denies any health-issues being related to non-ionizing radiation, when the radiation is below the limits of termal heating in your tissue. They even go out in the papers making fun of people with strong ES-symptoms, and say flat out that these people have mental problems. So that is what the GP`s (doctors) also tell you, when you ask them for help. Most often they diagnose you with "being burned out", "Fibromyalgi", advise you to see a psychologist-or simply that you must learn to handle stress. "Pay on your way out, please.NEXT!" So here in Norway there is no way of knowing how many are affected by this, although the number of people who are worn down from sleeping disorders are estimated to be in the tens of thousands. My 25 year history of sleeping problems was eliminated the moment I started sleeping in my car-driving to no-radiation areas. That tells me something. |
Poor you... I know of a woman who slept in her garage for years...
Doctors make fun of everyone, not a new thing. You gotta find a biological doctor or a naturopathic doctor. They won't make fun of you, but insurance won't always cover. Suppose you have lyme disease and mention chronic lyme, they will even laugh more. I have been sent to psychiatrist a couple of times too, due to lyme. 'You can't have all those symptoms'. Which meant, I was lying to doctors!! One of the most common lyme symptoms is electrosensitivity. You kind of feel like fainting when in shops, due to high amount of radiation, fluorescent lights... Take a look at my post of metastudy on electrosmog damage. They can't deny that there are dozens of studies, even hundreds, on the effects of low dose radio frequency radiation damaging health. You just show that to them to put them a bit down, morally, but expect no help. What help can you get from blind / deaf doctors who only listen to themselves? Funny that Sweden seems to recognize it as a disease (covered by the health insurance), while Norway doesn't. Do you live around cell phone masts or is it from wifi? |
Pardon my late reply.
Actually,in some shops I feel as if my brain/nervous system is being hammered, by an electric jack-hammer. I turn around and get out of there asap. Will look into Lyme-disease,thank you. Yes,there has been warnings as far back as the 1950`s that non-ionizing radiation might be a disaster upon all life on this planet. But (around here at least) people are currently more occupied wether or not they have instant access to facebook, twitter (and god knows what) at every mountaintop and in every valley. They also have a naive trust of Government officials, -which in a historically perspective is right- but wrt EMF radiation they have been criminally misled. Actually I think the Swedes have ES down as a disability, and follow up with economical rights etc. The Swedes have Olle Johansson, while we Norwegians have Gunnar Saxebøl. That`s the difference. Saxebøl has made it clear that the norwegian radiation limits will stay where they are, even if proof of health-damages are put before him. I find that a most curious statement, coming from the person responsible for national health when it comes to radiation exposure. Norway is usually a decade or two behind Sweden in most aspects. Well, right now I am renting an old house that is situated only 200m from the nearest cellmast. After building a Faraday-cage out of aluminium mesh, then in the next step covering it with a tripple layer of thermal/emergency blancets-and still not getting quality sleep- I decided to move back into my car. I have since then looked into cleansing the body of metals, and also replaced an old amalgan toothtfilling-and I do believe this can be of major importance. Used to work in a hotel, and was bombarded for many years by the total sum of radiation, not only from wifi but also smartphones,Iphones etc. Nice cats :) |
