How long do I have to avoid sun after discontinuing antibiotic (ciprofloxacin?) Thx :)

Elysia Drew
Hi, all. I'm chemically & electromagnetically hypersensitive, 21 years into chronic Lyme & co-infections, MCS & electromagnetically hypersensitive for the last 2-6 years. After a total of 1500 mg, I had to discontinue using the Ciprofloxacin, as I only have a week's worth (it was NOT for my Lyme, but for spider bites), & can't really afford the tendonitis risk. I seem to have gotten moderately sun-sensitive from taking the cipro, as in feeling like I'm burning up from the inside out, even tho I'm completely covered up & no sunburn is actually showing up on my skin. I've been off the cipro for almost 48 hours. I'm wondering HOW MUCH LONGER would you suggest I have to cover up completely when in the sun, considering my history of Lyme & environmental illness? I read that cipro takes 3 days to leave your system, but I doubt this would apply to MCSers in terms of residual fx such as sun sensitivity / sun allergy. Input, anecdotes, suggestions all welcome.
 Thanks so much :)

Love & blessings,
Elysia

Okay...
Garlic freshed crushed rubbed into spider bite.
Basil Oil (essential oil) neutralizes bug bites
Also cinnamon bark, lavender, lemon oil, lemongrass oil, and peppermint oil and thyme
all good for poisonous spider bites....but these are in the form of therapeutic grade
essential oil...so any subsistutes I cannot vouch for.
