Good source for antenna locations.
http://antennasearch.com2 miles would be a reasonable distance from the nearest
tower. Any further and you'd eliminate most areas.
Another important metric is how many towers in a 4 mile
radius.
But get an RF meter and measure it yourself.
By the way, I've been measuring RF levels for the
past five years and I can tell you that levels have
been rising recently at an alarming rate. And we don't
even have WiMax yet.
Streaming video over wireless will be the final blow.
