How do I get metals out?

richsurf77
I just did my 2nd bentonite bath and am using the computer and have had
some faster heartbeats. I guess this means that some metals have been
released into my system does it? And if so will they come out on their
own or do I need to eat certain foods etc. to help?

This depends on the person. Some people can eliminate metals
easily by themselves, while others need help. Also, you may
need to have a good intake of extra nutrition to assist in
the detoxification and replace the toxic minerals with
non-toxic minerals.

There are all sorts of things that are supposed to bind
to metals and take them out of the system, but your
reaction to them may be good, bad, or indifferent.
Examples include chlorella, kelp, apple pectin,
vitamin C, Mega-H, organic germanium, activated
charcoal, and bentonite (and I'm sure there's lots
more). I've had good longterm experiences with
kelp and Mega-H, and good recent experiences with
organic germanium.
