Help!

luminous_blue
I've been having a hell of a time lately! My brain feels like it's
being FRIED, and about to POP! All sorts of electromagnetic
sensations in my head & face--like pressure, electrical sensations,
off-center heavy magnetic feelings, electrical spark-type feelings, a
freezing cold feeling on my skin, a feeling like my scalp & face being
pulled tight in different directions, and visual room spinning at
times. I'm SO SENSITIVE now that I have trouble even leaving the
apartment, because I am feeling these sensations BIGTIME from every
electrical thing that I pass--especially power lines & towers (which
are right by my place!). I feel like I'm going to die just from
walking to the mailbox. (And my apartment isn't safe, either--as I
feel stuff even in my own bed.) Does anybody have any ideas for me?
I feel like I need to move, but I don't know where to go. I am on SSI
only as income (due to being ill), and on Section 8 housing
assistance. I don't have much of a choice as to where I can live. I
could possibly buy a property if it was extremely cheap. Does anybody
know of a place that would be safe?

Look at your diet and lifestyle at the moment, are you on any meds that
might be overloading you, re-appraise these, make a change in a few areas of your
life small ones but changes to the way you live/think. Have you tried heavy
cardio exersise followed by meditation and so on, you need to give your body
a diversion, something else to worry about, I think sometimes that we try to
get to pure from all the esmog, making it worse for us when we re-emerge,
exposure to some is necessary and tolerance of this is necessary otherwise you
will go mad. Sadly I turned to puffing on ciggeretts for the last 2 weeks and
oddly it has a mild toning down effect on my ES, largely because in
poisining my cells with cigs they draw their attention away from esmog, but this is
not sustainable so I have now stopped this and will have to weather the storm
when my body especially my lungs gets round to dealing with all that mess I
have poured into them ! So inversely I am sure that you can do some other
positive diversion tatic on your body just to get you through a difficult time..
do you get my drift...

An apartment is one of the worst places to be.
Wireless networks abound, TVs are everywhere, and
you may have building power routed by your unit.
Get yourself a meter(s) and find a place with lower
levels of EMF. Vermont is a good state. They generally
put the towers up in the mountain. Stay clear of Boston,
those bastards are raising towers everywhere.

Hi, Blue,

We are all pretty much in the same boat as you.  Read thru all the past posts--at least 2 years past--and you will see we discuss helps here all thetime.  Calcium AEP and pantethine are 2 supplements which help me, but they do not "cure" the problem.  If you want more info, contact me personally.  But you will need to read past posts to really get a true picture of what you are dealing with and how to go about treating the problem.

Hope this helps you,
Diane

Hi, Paul,

Have you ever tried nicotine patches?  I did read somewhere why nicotine helps, but have forgotten where and when I read this.  I did read we could try wearing nicotine patches; I think it was an article about stopping sensitivities in general.  I may have gotten this info from Dr.Rae's clinic.

Bless you,
Diane

Unfortunately, being on SSI & Section 8, I'm not in a position to live
in a house--unless someone is willing to rent me one or sell me one
for $100 or less a month!. How do you know about Vermont? Is that
where you are?
