Help for LF30 needed

ESther
I  live in a split level house, with bedrooms/bath over the garage side.

My analog electric meter is on the outside of the house on the garage wall, in a recessed, enclosed box.  It is about 5-6 feet below the floor of my bedroom.

Using my Coronet ED88T meter, I measured the LF30 next to my bed (about 4' above the floor), next to the wall that has the electric meter directly under it, about 8-10 feet down. The reading went to the highest red, and showed "O.L."

Is there any way I can shield the wall to protect myself from this highest level of LF30?  If so, how? With what?

There is no other way to situate the bed in the room.  I'm extremely limited health-wise, and have no help, so I can't move furniture, etc.  Also, I'm a renter and can't make alterations to the house itself.  My landlady is unwilling to put money into the house, even for regular repairs and maintenance, and I know she wouldn't let me do anything to the electrical infrastructure, even if I paid for it myself.  The house is 60+ years old and has two-wire (knob and tube) wiring with two-prong outlets, except for the kitchen and bathroom, which are three-prong and were installed as separate lines to those areas..

The neighborhood was smart-metered in 2012, but I managed to keep the original analog meter.  However, I have no doubt the SMPTS from their smart meters is helping cause dirty electricity in my house.  The RF from the smart meters, wifi, and cell towers is fairly high inside my house. (yellow range on the meter mostly, sometimes red).

I'm now extremely ES and don't have the capability to even begin to figure out/understand electricity, shielding, nor what the different ranges of EMF bands are/mean.  I'm cognitively impaired, weak, brain-fogged, and overwhelmed.

Please, if you have any ideas of what I can do to block the LF30 in the bedroom, it would help so much if you could explain it as simply as possible.

Thank you so much!

Electric meters give off a tremendously high magnetic field whether they are smart or analog.  Are you able to locate your sleeping area in another room further away from the meter?  Is the magnetic field low enough in a different area of the bedroom where you could move the bed?  Is the new smart meter system in your area wireless or power line communication (RF in the air vs RF from the wiring in your home?)

Chances are you would need to re-wire to correct this problem.
Until you can move out, a short term, simple solution might be to turn off power at the circuit breakers at night. As a test, turn off all breakers and see if that solves the problem.
If yes, then turn on any breakers that do not add to the problem. Now you have identified which breakers must be turned off to reduce the field while sleeping.
You should label them (a piece if tape is simple) so it is easy to remember which ones to turn off.
