Has anyone had luck with Grounding or Earthing themselves? I read about devices such as Ground Wrist straps as well as Grounded Earthing sheets one can sleep on. Any success stories?

When I found out that my health problems were probably caused by EMF I
started with grounding myself. I made a simple device with a piece of metal chain and elastics that I could wear around my ankle at night. I connected the chain to a piece of standard electrical wiring that I put outside into the ground. After a few days I noticed a difference already. It's very cheap and easy to make. But I got a bit tired of always wearing the ankle band, so last week I bought a piece of special cloth at lessemf.com. I have put that under the sheet on my mattress and connected that to the wire (I don't know if the grounding is necessary, but it doesn't matter). It's only a few days, but it seems to work just as well and is much easier. Rixta > Has anyone had luck with Grounding or Earthing themselves? Very interesting Rixta. Can you tell me what symptoms you were experiencing and what happened after you made the grounding device?

I had already CFS, but since I moved to Australia the fatigue (and all
other symptoms) got slowly worse and worse, till I hardly left my bed anymore. I also got severe muscle spasms, which the doctors couldn't find any reason for. The neurologist wanted to send me to a psychiatrist, which I didn't feel for. I started to search the Internet and after few days I had found what was the problem. After I made the grounding device my energy levels improved after a few days, which was very remarkable. Also the spasms soon went a lot better and at a certain moment pretty much disappeared. Lately they have come back again, but not too severly. It's probably related to stress, as every chronic disease gets worse when your living situation gets stressful. And that always happens from time to time. After a few days with the shielding cloth the spasms seem to get better again, but it's too early to say that for sure. Rixta > Very interesting Rixta.
