HD TVs

Is brand as important in emf as screen size? Anything I need to know about DVD recorders? Thanks.

I think it is the particular model that is important, not necessarily
the brand. As Charles has indicated in the past, he has tested some
Sony models which were quite good, and others which are bad. So it
may be a bit of a trial & error for you, unless you can identify a
good model using the demo models in the stores.

And you'll probably want to avoid the plasma models -- I can tell in
the stores that those are something I don't want in my house!
