Grounding/Meditation success story

carazzz

Also want to share this, especially with Glenn, Ellen, and
Andrew--

Yesterday, we took your advice and drove out to a quiet spot of
earth with a great view San Francisco across the bay. Sat there
quietly for maybe 45 minutes. We'd tried "grounding" my
husband this way maybe twice in the past week, using different
locales, with limited success. This time, for some reason, the
effect was dramatic. He'd been in very serious pain all morning
(my fault -- he absorbed all my work stress again) but the
grounding process actually relieved most of it. He could feel the
bad energy drain from him very distinctly. He said it was "like a
hatch opened under him where his backside was in solid
contact with the ground, and the bad energy dropped easily into
a well beneath, down to the center of the earth." Besides
visualizing, he was able to assist the process with his breathing:
exhaling pushed the bad energy down and out.

Since you all had explained this to me here on this list, I wasn't
surprised to hear any of this from my husband, but I admit I was
a little surprised at how easy it was for him. I was sitting right
there too, and I can assure you I felt no connection between me
and the ground, no hatch, and no cleansing of my own energy. It
occurs to me, not for the first time, that this is the flip side of my
husband's extreme vulnerability to EMF and toxic forces of all
kinds. It seems only fair that if he has to be subject to the all the
pain from this stuff he should be able to access healing on this
level more easily too.

After that session on San Francisco Bay we ran a few errands
--went into a retail store--and my husband took on some bad
energy from the fluorescent lights, as usual. His solution
afterwards was to drive to a nearby park and sit on the grass
under a tree for another half hour or so. Again the process
worked. He felt so good he was laughing from it -- said he felt
like turning cartwheels (but didn't). We went out to dinner after
that, to a place that had "zapped" my husband once before. He
came out of it just fine this time, no ill effects.

I'm learning new things about my own husband from this
experience. I'd expected him to be more resistant to this
particular experiment (too New-Agey for Mr. Science Guy, I
thought) but he surprised me by taking to it like duck to water.
When I pointed this out, he shared with me that he has been
able to "see" his own energy field since he was a teenager, and
he can sometimes "see" the energy field of other people in
colors -- blue-ish (positive) or reddish (negative). This won't be a
surprise to many of the folks on this list, but it sure was to me.

I ordered the book "Hands of Light" by Barbara Brennan -- it's
about energy healing. I want to better understand how this
energy business works. I want to know how to dump my own
bad energy down that well without having to use my husband as
a conduit. And I think it would be helpful for him to know how to
put up some barriers against absorbing toxic energy from the
people around him.

I know this is a long post -- sorry -- but I've shared many a story
of frustration with this list and I wanted to share a positive one for
a change. Also wanted to tell you all how wonderful I think this
list is. Like most of you, we've been struggling with this illness
for years, and we've never received such useful, practical advice
from the health care profession as we've received from this list in
the past four months. Thank you all.

Hi,

Yes we deserve some success.

Something hit me just now, since walking the middle road is the way and without judgement we are free: Maybe the red for negative and blue for positive could be blended. Add the white of Light (=Love=God=the Light we really are and All That IS) and we get all the shades of the most healing Ray: the Violet Flame.. Where Good and bad within and without are integrated there is no pain or sickness. St Germain rules!!

Right or Wrong and probably both, I sign off in Love and Joy,

So Happy, Keep it up

EBV

Drew McAfee
Well, here is the latest. I spent the $300 for the
indepth Epstein Barr test and I learned that I've got
it good. One one hand it is a relief to finally get
some diagnosis so I can narrow my treatment.

Interestingly, I just learned about "Body Talk"
therapy and how the developing therapist was cured of
EBV with "Body Talk"sessions. I just had my first
session today and felt a deepening into my body.
Nothing miraculous yet. I'll let you know in a few
weeks.

I am ready for EBV remedies. I like the Propolis one.
Any others?
I also want to read more about how EBV, the nervous
system and EMF are related. I think that EMF triggered
mine and I'd like to find some research to support
that.
thanks,
Andrew

RE: EBV

Benson, Sarah (Sen L. Allison)
I think it depends on how sick you are. I was very ill with it, and it
took me 12 months to get back to normal after crashing. I did
everything - meditation, herbals, vitamins, homeopathy, hydrtherapy,
affirmations, selenium, minerals, no EMFs etc. But in the end it often
came down to the basics: staying warm, good food, sleep, minimum
stress, etc. I started going to bed very early and getting up at 5am
which was great. I guess its one of those illnesses that just takes
time, but you still need to take really good care of yourself.

Good luck with the treatment Drew. There`s quite a lot of material around on how, if you get EBV, it can then cause ME/CFS and trigger allergies, chemical sensitivity, electrosensitivity / EMF problems etc. I don`t however think I`ve seen anything suggesting it could happen the other way round though (EMF causing EBV).

Re: EBV

rowster_c

Just checking in briefly again Drew. Yes EBV is quite common, and the
Dowsers have assumed radiation could switch it on by attacking the
white blood cells where it lives. EBV is well established in Britain,
but less so in US, while US has good knowledge of mycoplasma and the
same effect.

By the way, I posted about ultra high monitor resolution possibly
being helpful, and Prio (tm) glasses. I have obtained such glasses
and
am making some progress with an ultra high res monitor. Shall inform
if successful.

People may remember my previous post saying electrosensitivity may be
a form of motion sickness hypothetically.

http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/eSens/message/2315

After writing that I discovered this is the main opinion in Europe.
Prof Johannson has written it, and the leading body taking over from
the Stewart Report has said the same thing. Electrosensitivity, for
whatever reason, does resemble motion sickness.

We will not know for a while why. But consider the following. If you
live 100m from a mobile phone tower, many people essentially get
motion sickness according to the symptoms listed in 3 studies now of
health under mobile phone towers: Santini, one Spanish I think and a
new Polish this year. Whatever the reasons, it does seem that we are
looking at a firm pattern. Maybe EMR sets off your directional north/
south sense giving motion disorientation? There are many other
possibilities. I guess we just need to avoid the stuff.

EBV treatment is notoriously difficult. Trigger avoidance, posisbly
via shielding. I know triggers are now almost not avoidable if that
sounds stupid, but maybe with advertisement of these research results
that will change. By the way, with these new Prio lenses to stop VDU
effects I have written an excessive number of emails with no loss of
concentration. Its too early to make any claims however. I believe
time may fall in our favor on this issue.

Good luck

rowster
