Ground Home Appliances? Dumb Idea?

professorbudd
Here's a stupid question / crazy idea...

Many people recommend grounding your bed - and I'm definitely going to try it! I've only been on this forum for a few days, but long enough to discover that you guys really know what you're talking about!

What about grounding emf-emitting appliances? Refrigerators, washer/dryers, computers ... can you attach a copper wire to these appliances, run it to a 6-foot copper tube you've
got sunk several feet into the dirt of your backyard, attach the copper wire to the copper tube, and voila, less emf in the house?

Warned you guys I was new at this! :-)

Sorry, but grounding your bed is a bad idea.  People on this forum were saying grounding themselves made their ES get worse.

On the other hand, grounding your appliances, requires having a 3-pin cable rather than a 2-pin cable.  I think it's a good idea to choose appliances with 3-pins over 2-pins.
