I guess my question was do you run it on christ consiousness frequency?? 333 Have you ever experienced it?? What is that like?? Or what are the frequencies you burn on that CD for ES??

The 333 setting is for Hoarseness
(perhaps as in speaking YOUR truth...???!!!)
It runs these channels on that auto-setting:
4, 5,11,16,14,17, 18, 20, 28, 107, 123

Luckily live in "semi precious"-gem haven and keep adding more.. every time there is a reaction, sometimes i just feel more of the energy at the ears, more gets lifted off my heart. The faceted ones are the most powerful and can cause some disorientation// oh my face pulls at times...After it is only healing..

Have jade turtle now and a beaded lil stones one of jade, amathist, lapiz lazuli and tiger eye (think the are avon, bigger stones quite nice, i think they have them all in the line, i get them when i can), red coral anklets and a red flat stone which may be carneleon (energy healer pulled one over my field once that was more orange, this is reddish), and rosequartz.. just keep adding what i find (wish i had jumped on that turquoise). Have a piece of amber now too. The strands go down front or back and assist in the process i am undergoing.

Latest has various faceted ones and two pearls and features a clear crystal.. (in a shape that could take it places you do not wanna know butt should, there also goes lemongrass, coffee delivers as well) actually just coming down from the high of picking through them..

heart is opening more and more (guidance get clearer stop being so scared of them and sometimes actually tune in and listen for a bit (different from them demonicos that do try and imitate, still not quite my thing as, well, whatever), they say the paint-thing (used hoark and puke, last days everywhere i go is fresh oil-paINT but i deal, of course more open here as well, i stand it better) say it was a chemical reaction from when i was three, say the fluorescent lights where when i was nine, they say there is a reason why it is difficult// (oh of course and that it is harder for others i know, sometimes i get a lil impatient that is all)

The big faceted ones they are feng shui, i am contemplating getting one.. oh Lord, that would be a crystal ball...

Someone around is making this colloidal silver for very cheap a liter (2 dollar), so when i get it i do another compu-fast (those actually get me MORE sensitive when i return from them, which i am advised against to begin with Encouraged to just gobble it down/be aggresive, we see when i get it.. Also use nori sheets in cream and drink the liquid at times..

Sandalwood beads are supposed to help (they do break with the stress i hear.. i have some balsam wood jewelry and hope it does the trick.. they be the belt for now)

so goes the battle..

Missed you, dear! Hope you had a wonderful trip to see your family! Forgive my indiscretion, joking about you and Ian being off together. I had truly missed you both. I was in a rare mood that day! lol I have not drunk coffee for over 25 years and my nutritionist just informed me to start having it for liver protection and to clear my bile/gall bladder. (Does wonders for cleaning out the colon for me personally.) Anyway, I had just taken my first half cup of coffee in 25 years when I got such a weird reaction! I was in such a giddy, euphoric mood, Ellen, that I was joking about everything! lololol So, hope I did not offend you or Ian. ;) My hubby said he thought I was manic when he came home from work and I do not have problems with mania at all in my usual life! lol Well, you all will be happy to know that the coffee reaction is now wearing off and I am drinking 3 cups/day without being looney anymore. ;)

You sound so pretty with all your gems, Ellen! Never been into gems or gemology, but you are making my interest pique with all this gem talk. I might have to start my own collection soon. ;)
