Gravity Waves? Undulating Storm?

Hi everyone.

Hope this finds you well.

Yesterday, i woke up with nosebleeds, that is not normal for me. I start work at 4:15 am PST. as the morning progressed, I became light sensitive, a migraine, i could not tolerate the monitors, my head felt a weird pressure and the weirdest ear ringing started horribly. I went from dizzy to nauseous, I had to tell me boss, I need to step away for a bit. All things I experience if I near a strong EMF source. But, I was in my office and normally is okay.

My office is shielded in some areas, not 100% shielded. I felt i needed cover.

I went to my bedroom that is 99% shielded and took a nap. That helped me. But what in the world just happened to me?

Honestly, it did not occur to use my meter at that time. But, i explained to a friend, it was almost like I was bombarded by EMF, but i am shielded from all fronts unless my neighbors are out with something on the weekends. - is early, early morning - nobody is awake.

Late afternoon 05052023, got an alert to a ytb channel I recently subscribed due to the swarm of earthquakes in so cal.

This channel "dutchsinse" had just uploaded a video about something strange is going on with the weather- gravity waves? undulating storms? It is a really interesting video in so many levels..

I think that is what happened to me yesterday. I was hit by whatever wave was going through the country.

If you read the comments, many experienced what I experienced.

Did you guys experience anything crazy the morning of 05052023?
Have you seen anything like what is described in the video?

I just wonder.

Does anyone have an idea of what frequency that wave would have?
I wonder where did my shielding failed?
Some walls have the aluminum mylar. I know is not certified for this purpose, but it has been shielding me for years now, with no problems. I wonder if the mylar failed to shield what ever frequency that wave was moving at?

I felt bad on 5/5, but I was also traveling so I'm not sure if it's related to what you went through.

It seems like in general people on this forum tend to stop posting at the same time, so I've often wondered about such things.

Metal (and metal-coated plastic) won't stop low frequencies, like under 100 KHz. But you probably already know that.

Thanks for the reply. Last Sunday I concluded that it was a magnetic wave, maybe a wrong conclusion, I have no idea. You are right none of my shielding is covering that.

Some is expensive, but some might me worth trying.

After concluding it was a magnetic wave, I thought what iv i put magnets on my body would that bring me back to normal? I had some japanese magnetic clothing that did not work before. This time, I felt something changing in my body. It was weird but it was a relief, like it aligned back?
