Hi all,
Anyone had any reductions of ES symptoms from taking ginseng? I caught a flu-bug recently and have been experimenting with some herbs to fight it off, and siberian ginseng was one of the things I tried. It seems like this improves my tolerance for computer use, but it's hard to say for sure. (as for the flu-bug, I think oregano works better than the ginseng) Marc |

Hi Marc, Ellen--
My husband has been using Korean ginseng for over 4 months. I don't know if we'd describe the effect as ES-symptom reduction exactly (e.g. haven't tested to see if his tolerance for computers is higher with or without), but we are convinced that we see an improvement in his energy level overall. No side effects. No side effects. All I know is that previously, I would have to make some adjustment to my EMF protection devices (location adjustment, switch to something else, etc.) at about 5 hours into the workday because of problems. Now I can just leave them as-is for the whole 8-9 hour day. I noticed this just by adding the siberian ginseng, however, I am also currently taking oregano ("oregamax") which might also be helping. The devices I'm using is the springlife OM pendant on the table in front of my CRT, plus a springlife Lifeforce pendant off to the side of the table, plus a Quantum power strip in the corner of the cubicle. Like I said, this works well for about 5 hours without the ginseng, and about 8-9 hours with it. Quite a difference! Marc |
