Photosensitivity could be related to the parts of the body that have been
worst affected by the consequences of MCS/ES etc. Sue's light and
electrical sensitivity symptoms are all "from the neck up". A likely
possibility is that in her case she has nerve damage (myelin sheath) in the
head region, possibly due to mercury and other heavy metals crossing the
blood-brain barrier when her immune system was at its lowest.

I don't really know... I've notice that most of my computer monitor skin
problems also seem isolated to my face...
