ABSTRACT A method for establishing a region of a high density, high energy plasma at an altitude of at least about 1500 kilometers above the earth's surface. Circularly polarized electromagnetic radiation is transmitted at a first frequency substantially parallel to an earth's magnetic field line to excite electron cyclotron resonance heating in normally occurring plasma at an altitude of at least about 250 kilometers to generate a mirror force which lifts said plasma to said altitude of at least about 1500 kilometers. Heating is continued at a second frequency to expand the plasma to the apex of said field line whereupon at least some of the plasma is trapped and oscillates between mirror points on said lines. Hi Joyce, Yes, HAARP is something to be very concerned about, especially for those with ES. Essentially, the HAARP antenna array's stated function is to alter the characteristics of the Earth's ionosphere with ELF EM emissions. This alters a very basic component of the electromagnetic environment of the planet, and for those sensitive to EM conditions this can pose a problem. ---------------------------------------- from the Space Physics site at OULU (Univ. of Oulu in Finland) (http://www.oulu.fi/~spaceweb/textbook/ionosphere.html) ---------------------------------------- Because of the Sun 's UV radiation, Earth 's upper atmosphere is partly (0.1% or less) ionized plasma at altitudes of 70-1500 km. This region, ionosphere, is coupled to both the magnetosphere and the neutral atmosphere. It is of great practical importance because of its effect on radio waves. The existense of a conducting layer in the upper atmosphere results also in many other interesting phenomena. Around the plasma density maximum (F-layer, see below) a so-called ionospheric waveguide is formed for magnetosonic waves. In addition, a so-called ionospheric Alfvén resonator (IAR) can be formed between the density maximum and an upper altitude at about 3000 km, where the Alfvén velocity has a maximum. Hi everyone,
I am new to this list and have enjoyed the emails and topics. I like to add something about HAARP. I am an ES (electrically sensitive) and in a QXCI session, I had radiation from the VLF and ULF bands as well as the microwave bands (specifically 900MHz from cell phones, towers. etc) removed from my system. HAARP can and is used as a thought entrainment and mode controlling device. I can and does operate at levels that entrain with the mind 1-30 Hz. It is well documented that the military has EMF pulse weapons and other non-leathal weapons that use EMF to disperse crowds, immobilize people or kill. If anyone needs a reference let me know.
