Fwd: The Modern World's Most Common Mineral Deficiency

Patricia
i get cramps in my ankles, feet, calves, and sometimes thighs when i'm in a strong EMF zone… including when my own or someone else's cell phone is nearby… also near the frig when it cycles… an application of magnesium oil usually helps tremendously.  some apply magnesium oil on a daily basis before their bath or shower.  topical apparently is more helpful than supplements.

make your own…  you will need nigari - an ingredient in tofu.  available at some health food stores in the 'seaweed section' for a very fair price, or can be ordered through the internet.  recipe = one measure of nigari plus an equal measure of water = mag oil.

it can be put into a spray bottle.

if you get cramps - and headaches and muscular weakness could also be related - maybe this will be helpful to you.  i believe some "heart attacks" could be attributed to EMF and magnesium deficiency.  the 'symptoms' section of this article is very helpful… oh, my!  i have a lot of these symptoms.  could magnesium deficiency be a big part of EMS???

i think i'll go put some on NOW.  the soles absorb nutrients well, and i often put it on the soles of my feet at bedtime.  day or night (unless you live in a grass hut) it's a good idea to protect the floors by wearing socks over mag oil.  some give it 20 minutes to soak in before taking a shower.  i usually apply it last thing at night and leave it on all night.  however, some report it 'bites' sensitive skin areas, so if so, then just rinse it off.

love, patricia

RE: Fwd: The Modern World's Most Common Mineral Deficiency

Elizabeth thode
THANK YOU, Patricia!
VEry true...."all of this info!"

Here is a tip: DILUTE...and you shouldn't get a sting from the Mag OIl!
**The more deficient a person is, in Magnesium, the more diluted the form
should be, and most are very lacking in this wonder mineral!

Emfs/radiation appear to zap the body of Magnesium, as well as Iodine,
and I wouldn't be surprised to find radiation zaps all nutrients in the body...
the same way radiation destroys nutrients in foods, when cooked in a micro wave oven.

I use the Magnesium Chloride Oil, from (www.ancient-minerals.com)
and it took me almost 2 years of constant use, to be able to use the
Mag Oil straight, full potency.

Other wise, I started with a 70% water (filtered) and 30% Magnesium.
You can: spray this under your arm pits, under your tongue for very fast absorption to the brain,
(you might want to have some water handy to chase away the taste!)

on your feet is awesome, of course, as there are many meridean points on the soles of our feet!
Diluted and sprayed on the throat area, for those who have trouble with epiglotis, swallowing,
or choking on foods.

thanks for posting this truly helpful article.
I have Sircus's book on "Transdermal Magnesium" and it was worth every penny.
Gluthathione is a part of the detox process, and when the body has adequate supplies of Magnesium,
Magnesium used transdermally ups the body's stores of Gluthathione, as well as DHEA.

blessings,
Lizzie

Another inexpensive option is, of course, Epson Salts (which is essentially magnesium sulphate).  A foot bath is one way to get a dose.  Soaking in a bath of Epson Salts is even better.  NB. you'll prob. want to rinse off with fresh water after or your hair will feel like you've been in the ocean!

BTW, Dr. Magda Havas mentions somewhere that Epson Salts helps discharge electricity from the body & can be helpful for EHS.
