Here's what I added for my note at the bottom, if it's useful to anyone, use the parts you like. :)

My personal experience with the Smart meter, is that immediately upon exposure in my home, my face started burning as if it were sunburned. This continued the entire two hours I had to wait to have the meter pulled, as FEC had installed this against my wishes, and also after having had a couple months previous contact with me, leading me to believe they would not install this meter, as I'm electrically sensitive, and already have health problems like heart palpitations upon various exposures.
I am currently off the grid, because no other option was given to me.
I personally know other people in the area who do not want these meters, and FEC forced it upon them as well.
If you are unaware, these meters are fire hazards, will invalidate your home owners insurance should they catch fire. Many, if not all, are NOT UL listed.
Many areas around the country have already put a moratorium on these meters, and I would hope you would push for this on an immediate, emergency type condition, until the safety to not only buildings, but the health of the people, is taken care of.
You may also be interested to know a massive lawsuit is being formed against these meters, which are being implemented. All the companies involved in commiting this "crime against humanity" so to speak, as it truly is being done deliberately against the wellbeing of mankind, and particularly those of us with health problems and are directly affected, are going to be taken to court, but in the meantime, we need the people we have elected to office to represent us, to do just that; represent the people, and our right to have peace, and safety in our homes.
I hope you will do some serious education of yourself for the sake of yourself, your family, and all the people you represent, rather than just believe the inaccurate information parroted to you from the electric companies employees, who obviously are doing nothing but parroting.
