There are a couple websites out there that claim this assertion that 1 in 3 people have RFID chips in their fillings is a fake satire article.
http://www.theepochtimes.com/n3/725021-rfid-hoax-study-finds-1-in-3-americans-have-been-implanted-with-rfid-chips-is-fake/It is hard to tell what is true or false these days. It is so easy to fake articles and make claims because people usually take it as fact and do not research it. Also, there are so many corporate and government disinformation agents on the internet trying to manipulate public opinion, that it is hard to know who is fake and who is genuine. The government has made a fine art out of spreading disinformation.
Alex Jones, of Infowars.com who many think is an anti-corporate, ant-Illuminati activist is thought to be a disinformation agent. He has dual citizenship in the U.S. and Israel.
But, like many people today, I am so mistrustful of the government, I wouldn't be surprised if putting RFID chips in fillings is actually being done.
