Actually saw #2 over the weekend, watched Morgan's show today, going to watch it again with my husband tonight. I am getting a little concerned that I'm becoming more much more sensitive to chemicals despite healthy eating, using non toxic cleaning materials and mostly non toxic products. I know EHS and MCS go hand in hand so it shouldn't be surprising, but I am noticing chemicals are bothering me more and more :/ as if EHS wasn't enough 😭

laura, "healthy eating" might mean a huge range of things.

Oh yeah healthy eating can mean anything.. For me that means Organic, non gmo, grassfed, staying away from processed foods, lots of carbs or sugars and anything that's chemical or unnatural.. Going easy on dairy products.. Eating whole grains..Getting good probiotics in my foods. Trying to use glass instead of plastic when possible.. Not using non stick kitchen stuff, no microwave ever. Trying to get as much local produce as possible. As soon as we are able to move that also will mean my own fruit and veggie garden and eggs from my own chickens. It also means for me trying to eat as many veggies as possible. I enjoy doing a lot of my own fresh juicing, mostly vegetable, but also beet, carrot, apple and citrus. I also enjoy eating organic fruits. I used to occasionally make my own organic sweet treats made from healthier ingredients using honey or Canadian maple syrup instead of sugar, however since I have become extremely aggitated by my stove and oven and pretty much anything used in the kitchen to cook I have to stick to quick simple things I can make, and usually now that's just basic meals :/

Yes, in awareness... but who can take on the behemoths of the telecom industry and the FCC?  fyi most of the people I run into are still COMPLETELY unaware that wi fi could ever be a problem--they have never heard of it.  Though some know about cell phone radiation it NEVER OCCURS to them that wi fi radiation is the same, to say nothing of cordless phone radiation being harmful..

A major problem is that people vaguely knowledgeable about cell phone radiation NEVER make the connection to wi fi radiation being the same. Also cell tower expansion is driven by consumer request. All the people playing pokemen go used about 25% of transmitter supply. Every expansion like this will encourage telecom to expand further. The 'blame' needs to be on the consumer, not the telecom companies who are only responding to need. with every increasing addiction to their screens I do not think the tipping point is anywhere near... People complain about cell tower proximity while streaming movies on their devices. Unless the addiction goes away (fat chance) the expansion will continue...and sensitives will continue to be beaten up and left for dead by the side of the road. |

I am really worried about the 5G upgrades... I just hope that I have the OPTION to move before it gets worse :/ Stuck here for probably another 7 months in an apartment building with like 3 cell towers within clear sight, 2 of which are only 1/3 mile away. I have 88 cell towers within a 4 mile radius and over 120 antennas. Just hoping to move where I might even be AT LEAST 1-2 miles from the nearest tower. If they start increasing the power it's going to really suck.

well, laura, it sounds like you are pretty hip.
do you also know about food combining?   in chemistry class we find that some  chemicals blend well and others explode.   same thing with food.   i found one of the best books on that was  "the beverly hills diet" - it helped me regain  my health years ago when it was first  published and i bought many copies and  handed them out to friends - who also got  well from various and sundry ailments.   i forgot about it for the most part until  recently and i picked it up again to brush  up on the principles...  love, patricia  On Aug 26, 2016, at 10:48 AM, SuperLaura [via ES] wrote: Oh yeah healthy eating can mean anything..
