If you can only afford to do that by cutting meat out of your diet, so cut meat out of your diet. This is a no brainer. ~ Marilyn > > |

hi, mark.
i have been getting 'reject' messages from nabble. they even said this list did not exist. not sure why. i was actually testing to see if a post would go through. but this is kinda like a p.s. to something i wrote earlier, which was about how to do the detox thing that we need to do when we are ES. i find the more greens i eat, the less i get cramps and heat and other symptoms. but i would never advise eating greens that have been sprayed - without going through a lot of hoops to clean the things. this was the original info about ways of getting the all-important greens into the body. the SAD (standard american diet) focuses primarily on meat but the source of the meat - cows, goats, etc - even chickens - eat LOTS of greens. if we go straight to the greens, then we will be far healthier than if we get our greens secondhand. dark, green, leafy vegetables are SO important. the chemical formula for chlorophyll is only one ion away from hemoglobin. so eating/drinking greens is like having a blood transfusion. i am also going to test a product i heard of that is supposed to detox heavy metals. folium Px... saw it on g.edward griffin's site. sounds very good. and i wonder if you or anyone else here has used shieldite????? am considering trying both. so this was the original info i sent about my diet that has helped me detox to the point where i am today... let me tell you one of my favorite drinks: dandelion root and chicory root combined. it tastes very rich and grounding. i understand it is good for the liver. please be sure to eat whole foods with plenty of fiber, to wash the toxins out. i eat lots of greens. no matter what i eat, i usually have greens in the mix. if nothing else, i make a pesto with garlic and whatever green i find, olive oil... and put it on "*WHATEVER*". basil is not the only pesto green. you can use cilantro, parsley, and i haven't tried dandelions yet, but writing this, i am now inspired to do so. :) On May 30, 2014, at 11:49 AM, Marc Martin [via ES] wrote: On May 30, "Patricia [via ES]" <<a href="x-msg://123/user/SendEmail.jtp?type=node&node=4027223&i=0" target="_top" rel="nofollow" link="external">[hidden email]> wrote: |
