Furnace filter

This may be a silly question, but what kind of furnace filter is best for those w our issues?

I read about vent filters.

Hmmmm.......I don't know. Do they make such a thing as a hypo allergetic furnace filter?
I know they ones like that for vacuums, but as I rarely use mine anymore due to the emf's....
I use a broom!

Hmmm, not sure how a furnace filter relates to ES...
unless you're thinking of getting an electro-static
filter?

I just buy pleated filters from

But you are limited to getting something that's
compatible with your furnace and ducts.

Has anyone used or does anyone on this list have an opinion about Aaronia Shield see thru mesh fabric for use as a head net or canopy?   The stuff is ridiculously expensive, so I wonder if anyone thinks it is worth the expense?
