Santa Clara is in the San Francisco Bay Area, south of San Francisco on the Peninsula. The entire Bay Area is now blanketed with smart meters, thanks to our utility company Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E). I was appalled to hear that this area is now also blanketed with outdoor wifi.
