Hello everyone, with the approval of the moderators, I am selling one of myRF meters. I thought I would try on the emfRefugee and eSens lists beforeeBay since people here have an obvious interest or need for such a thing.
For simplicity's sake, I'm including a link to a the manufacturer's page for the device, where the full specs and a picture can be seen, rather than uploading my own photo. My model is the same one shown (it is the ZC185).
http://www.zapchecker.com/I describe this as a useful RF meter for picking up where it's "hot" and where it's not. It will register cell-signals, WiFi, most cordless phones, etc. Good for getting an idea of what's going on outdoors, or if you're working on shielding your living space, or just to get a picture of what's happening in different spots.
It isn't the same as using a big (and much more costly) Gigahertz Solutionsmeter or some such thing with an external antenna. It doesn't give readouts in V/Meter or uW/m2, but it has multiple sensitivity modes and control, led lights and a numeric scale needle display, a silent vibrate mode, analog and digital modes, and a pretty broad (especially on the low end, making it good for picking up appliance RF, like from keyboards, mice, etc., and near wiring) range of 3 MHz to 5 (some say over 5) GHz.
The unit retails for $159 USD. I'm asking $50 in US funds, plus ten dollars shipping in Canada or the States. International shipping, I'll estimate and ask for $20, but if it's any less, I will refund the difference after shipping right away. PayPal is fine by me. The unit works, just some cosmetic surface wear. It uses two AA batteries.
If anyone is interested, please email me off-list at:

I'll get back to you quickly.
Thanks!
