Food or supplements what's more important

dtesh85
Hello everyone I am curious if you have any recommendations for diet and supplements.Minimizing exposure should be number one but as far as food and supplements what have you found helpful

Almost every morning I wake up feeling like a flu hit me.I tried fish oil,coq10 with pqq, carbon 60 for a day or so and still wake up with that flu feeling and electric sensations in the hands and eyes.

Feels like my fingers are electric current upon waking
even with wifi unplugged

Feels like something is inflamed

You hear people saying low carb/carnivore/keto
is low and deuterium(since carbs are high in.deuterium) and best for the mitochondria

Then others eating high carbs and fruit

Seems like there's alot of Info out there

Appreciate any feedback to help with the yucky feelings in the morning

Food is most important. Doctors, Professors, Nutritionists, researchers and other experts all say so.

But supplements can help for some, if you need it and dont get the substance from food.
Hence its called supplement...;)

If i do not use my keyboard and mouse separators i also feel flu like symptoms and feel electrically charged, exactly as you describe. After i stopped touching everything it stopped.

(My plasma TV could also trigger reactions, including shivering in bed,
other triggers are touching and moving plugged in cables, or working on (touching) shielding).

Separators are a temporary help, i still think it's a health issue.
I did a "Hair mineral analysis".
My results can be seen here:

I do not know how reliable such tests are, but...
my results seem to match what is typical for EHS people, Lewis Rowlands claims this here: https://youtu.be/tJ9AztdWgVc?t=650

So you could test yourself in this way, and/or maybe other tests,
and then supplement or something to restore balance.
Often just drawing blood at the regular doctor didn't reveal much for me.

There are all kinds of things wrong with my health, i did a lot of testing,
but i haven't been able to address my health problems yet,
because of lack of money,
i'm saving to try some therapies.
You need some money aside to be able to start and properly continue a therapy to the end.
Don't start a therapy with just a little money aside, not enough to finish it,
you will be wasting a lot of money and have to start over and be frustrated.

Try to minimize exposure during the day,
obviously especially to things like computers and cell phones.
Most in this 'club' here recommend a wired keyboard and mouse connected to
a tolerable computer. Don't touch laptops directly.
If you could minimize exposure and have no exposure a couple of hours
before bed (as much hours as possible),
and preferably no TV watching in the evenings,
you might be able to mitigate it enough. It takes discipline.
Of coarse also get your bedroom to have low electric fields for sleeping (i have a video about that).
As far as i remember, before i had separators, i was fairly ok (i think)
with using a computer just 1-2 hours a day (maybe less), avoiding evenings,
but too long was giving me a lot of symptoms (but i already forgot how that time was exactly).

If you can't reduce exposure because of work,
try to find out health issues asap,
which you should do anyway,
you need money for that, you likely need to go alternative,
since usually most classic doctors are indoctrinated and cannot solve things like EHS.

Food and supplements are likely very specific for everybody.
Everybody is different and you need help and tests to not
get more out of balance with random trying, randomly
wasting money on supplements and swallowing stuff,
it's a bit like shooting in the dark and will result in frustration.
I'm sure EHS people have some similarities here and there,
but i think not enough to give general advice what to swallow.
I have seen people give all kinds of advice,
which is kind of them and often essential to learn
and know in what directions to search, but nothing beats tests.

Also being in an appartement is no good.
It's harder to fix problems because some things are shared.
I live in one. The floor is the ceiling of the neighbor.
So some of their wiring (and maybe even some of mine) is in there.
So this is very close to your feet. If it reaches your feet,
i think it's transferred onto and into your body, depending on what it is.
This is why i think, as you described, you're eyes feel electrically charged,
while you don't touch cables nor keyboard nor mouse with your eyes.
