Hi, I have my bedroom turned partly into a faraday cage,
3 walls, the ceiling has aluminum foil in the insulation,
and have the wires in the basement moved.
I spent last summer sleeping in a camper and when I came
back into the bedroom I did not sleep last winter because
of too much high frequency noise. The faraday cage had
removed the low frequency noise but I felt more high frequency.
This winter I placed some ordinary household aluminum foil under my side of the bed and some of the high frequency has gone so I
feel slightly better. I didnt bother to ground the aluminum foil
under the bed but it has worked a little anyway.
