Hi everybody,
Sorry this news isn't a ray of sunshine, but I think you'll all appreciate knowing that action can be taken. I won't summarize the contents of the article (I'll post a link to it instead). Just know that your "friends" at the FDA are yet again trying to impose unrealistic regulations and rules on the natural health industry which could hurt both the industry and the consumer's ability to, respectively, produce and supply at reasonable prices, and access, nutritional supplements - something which I'm sure most on this list would not want to happen. See here: FDA unleashes end game scheme to outlaw virtually all dietary supplements formulated after 1994<http://www.naturalnews.com/032912_FDA_dietary_supplements.html> Go on; follow the link through to: https://secure3.convio.net/aahf/site/Advocacy?cmd=display&page=UserAction&id=833 and sign the petition. Pass this on, also, to anyone health conscious you know. These agencies must be getting desperate. Take care, everyone! R. [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
And at the same time, the U.S. Supreme Court recently ruled that
companies making generic drugs do NOT have to warn consumers of any dangers (even though the companies making the original drugs do.) So, now we don't have to be notified of dangers of generic drugs, but god forbid we should take a natural supplement that hasn't had stringent, unrealistic testing done on it. The regulations would bankrupt the company trying to provide the supplement, but on the other hand, GMO's are allowed without the FDA batting an eyelash. The hypocrisy is stunning. Our Supreme Court is as corrupt as our Government. Amazing that these maggots are given a job for life without once having to answer to the voters. --- In [hidden email], Esther LeSieur <gomma@...> wrote: > > And at the same time, the U.S. Supreme Court recently ruled that > companies making generic drugs do NOT have to warn consumers of any > dangers (even though the companies making the original drugs do.)
