Essentials for an ES Person in a Modern World

Kumara
What do you consider to be essentials for an ES person in a modern world?
What are the 'must-have's for you?
Gauss meter? RF meter? Mylar blanket?

I'm sure "essentials" vary from person-to-person.  For example, I consider
a gauss meter, an RF meter, and a mylar blanket to be "non-essential".

Meanwhile, I consider my Quantum Companion & Quantum Pro to be
"essential".  Plus avoiding problematic EMF sources as much as is practical.

Are you speaking of Quantum pendent?

If so, I've tried that. Doesn't seem to have any effect. I've also tried Q-Link. Felt cheated. Then again, what works for some need not work for another.

No, I have never tried the Quantum Pendant (but thanks for the feedback!).

I meant the Quantum Companion:

And the Quantum Pro:

But you're right -- what works for me won't necessarily work for you.
I also didn't notice much difference from the Q-Link pendant, but there
are people on this group who like it.
