Too bad it's not that way here. France is so far ahead of us. I wish that you could go to a regular Dr. and get needed notes to avoid RF and even get help w/ the issue. If you need one of those notes in the US you will need to pay the steep fee at the mental health clinic. Often they wonder why the medical clinic does not take all that on, but are happy  to collect the fee. I have heard of some US Dr in AZ treating ES, but I think his fees are probably beyond what most do not earn enough in a lifetime of work to pay for a visit there. I think it's one of those "rich and famous" type doctors.
