I buy an gigahertz meter, and i read the electic field genereted by the same computer in two different homes.
In one of the houses (a new one), the value is very low, and in the other house (an old one) the value (even in mouse and keyboard) is very high.
I don´t use the meter connect to the ground.
What can explain this difference betwen the two houses in the electric field?
