Earthing products from Clinton ober

Anybody tried these here? I live in France and am wondering where I can get a bed sheet.  I sent an email to wwww. earthing.com but no reply.

I've got a bedsheet from Earthing.com, but so far I cannot say that
it helps with anything.  The most helpful thing I've found with the
bed is to eliminate all metal, especially the metal innerspring
mattress.

Not to be a downer, but I didn't notice much of anything using the
Earthing.com grounding bed sheet.  Maybe you'll have better luck.

Oh really. I just ordered the mat for the computer. Introductory starter. I didn't want to spend too much on it because of that reason. I think the best way to ground is to just stick your feet in the dirt & walk or sit in it.
 
I sleep in the desert anyway so maybe when it warms up I can just throw the mats down on the ground & give it a whirl. Except it won't be very comfortable.

Sorry... I forgot to mention that earthing can be dangerous, if you're in an electrical environment:

"If a person attaches an earthing leg or arm strap to themselves, the person who is now Earthed will be the focus for all electric fields in the vicinity which will 'aim' towards the person as the 'best Earthed surface' in the vicinity and the person would always be far more highly exposed than before!"

Here is another warning that lowering body voltage may in some circumstances be dangerous:

I guess it's best to ground outside on the earth, away from electrical wiring.

Inside the building, one can lower one's body voltage also by unplugging electricity at night, especially 2-prong plugs, and by positioning one's bed some distance away from wiring in the wall/floor.  The other option is to get a demand-switch to de-energize the wires at the source.

The book is really good, but the products they sell: the grounding mats, probably not so good... I don't know many ES-ers who like them (me neither). Charles doesn't recommend it either due to "potential differences" on the surfaces of the grounded mats/pads...

I think one think can work that's simply strapping yourself directly with a grounding rod. At least if the grounding rod is grounded to non-polluted (no-emf) earth!

And yes probably walking barefoot on onpolluted earth is the best, although haven't done it in 1 months, because it's so cold here now!

I am thinking of giving it a go (after a bit more research - sounds a bit scarey putting something into a plug socket like that) - as a cheaper way of seeing if I feel a benefit. I want to give the walking barefoot walking on earth a go but we have snow here in London at the moment so that will have to wait until it warms up a bit!

I'm thinking that in my case, it might have worked better for me if my
ground source was the actual ground in the dirt outside, rather than
the ground pin in a local power outlet.  I think the ground pin in a
power outlet might be polluted with EMF noise (?).  So far I have
not tried using the dirt outside, as it's too cold right now to
have the window open all night, and the ground is 3 stories down.  :-)

The one way that I've tried the bed sheet that might have helped was to
use it a decoy for EMF.  That is, my main EMF problem is a space
heater which I have as far away from me as possible, past the foot
of the bed.  If I place the sheet vertically along the foot of the
bed, in between me and the space heater, it seems like I (might) get
a better nights sleep.  My body is not making contact with the
sheet, however, perhaps the EMF from the space heater is being
attracted to the bed sheet rather than to me.
