I've seen at least a couple people on the Facebook group categorize the home plugin system as a "lifesaver". I've tried these as well as the pendants, and while I have on occasion noticed them reducing EMF side effects, I have yet to be convinced that whatever they are doing is "healthy". I say that because when I stop using them I feel a rather sudden drop in energy, and while I do use I tend to get sinus problems.
Meanwhile, other EMF products I've tried don't have any adverse effect on removal, and seem to make you better with or without them.
