ES and exercise

fizzyhead
Just recently I started walking a lot (in a low emf area) and found an improvement in my symptoms. Then hubby bought me a cheap bike and over the last few days, as my fitness has improved, I've noticed I can definitely cope better after being zapped by emfs. I guess as fitness improves, our lymphatic and nervous systems strengthen themselves.

Does anyone else find the same, and what exercise do you find helps?

I heard on Facebook that if  you put a lot of effort into exercise, it can help a lot.  But build up to it slowly, and take it easy some weeks, because a heckuva lot of people injure themselves overdoing it.

Some of the safer exercise methods are walking, gardening and resistance training.  But my fave health expert says weightlifting and running are like injuries waiting to happen.

Thanks davidrsnell. It's true. I am finding that regularly cycling (down a quiet lane) the stronger I am becoming over time and can cope better with the ES symptoms. Walking was good, but a little bit more rigorous exercise has paid off. But everyone is different. But movement is definitely good for the lymphatics and clearance of toxins.

Moreover, from a medical point of view, you have an increase in the hormone endorphin, sports helped me when I had apathy. I purchased a bike also https://www.bikethesites.com/best-beginner-road-bikes/ the most usual one, and ride it to work and back. I'm happy that you feel better.

Thanks Cassy0110. Diet is also playing a big role. Especially eating non-inflammatory foods and cutting out what for me is a toxin with coffee.
