Good video.. talks about 'slow to detox'.. I already knew that I am slow long time ago, because any toxin would affect me 4x more than other people.

Maybe everybody who got ES earlier on was either very toxic or slow to detox... so probably whether everyone gets it or not will depend on how good they can detox.

I think eating onions and garlic helps a lot for detoxing, as well as taking plenty of fiber, probiotics, plenty of water, and sweating.. I also find I don't sweat, when it's warm other people do really easily, but I don't.. So by sweating they probably eliminate some toxins.
I also found that when I donated blood once I felt very good.. maybe a coincidence.. or maybe some of the toxins were removed this way.  Anybody tried leeches ? =)

Yes, I also found that when I was at my worst, I wasn't sweating either.  However, after I got better (or at least, "mostly better"), I started sweating as much as a regular person.  I'm not sure what made the difference actually... my saliva pH was pretty low back then, and then later became normal.

I have been worse, and now better, but still I can take a lot of heat without a sweat..  I would still sweat in something like a sauna, or very hot temperatures.

I'm going to try HealthForce Liver Rescue. I'm also taking Sunflower Lecithin every day again, it's supposed to thin bile and help it flow, that way more toxins can get out.  Also good for the brain.

I don't like taking pills.. so I'm trying to find "food" supplements that can help detox.  All B vitamins are good for detox, so I take Bragg's nutritional yeast every day now too.
Beets are supposed to be good too, so I will try beet juice as well, with ginger, apples and carrots. I have a masticating juicer.

It doesn't make sense how we are so affected vs. other people, so I think toxins must be the difference.  I hope anyway .. because toxins can be removed, but we can't change our DNA.

I think I started with EHS probably as far back as 2009. Taking a lot of magnesium has helped a lot.
