Hi all,
As I've mentioned before, I've had a elimination from my skin burning symptoms by applying a borage oil lotion to my face or by using evening primrose oil. I've just learned that omega-6 vegetable oils such as these are known immune system suppressors. So this makes sense that if I'm having a over-sensitive immune system response to EMF, that an immune system suppressor would reduce symptoms. However, I'm not too keen on taking something that suppresses my immune system, so I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck with any immune system normalizers or tonics? I've already noticed that Siberian Ginseng helps my ES, and I believe this is an immune system normalizer, but there are also other supplements (Ashwaganda, Cats Claw, etc.) Anyone had any experiences with this? Or alternately, anyone had any experiences with immune system boosters making their ES symptoms worse? Marc |

Hi all,
I believe Glenn meant the message below to go to the list, and not just me... Marc -------- Original Message -------- Subject: Re: ES & Immune System Boosters/Suppressors/Tonics? Date: Fri, 08 Jul 2005 19:18:30 -0000 From: glennhcoleman <[hidden email]> To: Marc Martin <[hidden email]> Hi Marc & everyone, I just dropped by to see how everyone is doing. I would be curious if an aloe vera based cream would help with burning. When I was doing a lot of welding and getting burns, aloe would take away the pain almost instantly. Same with sun burns. In recent months I've turned myself into a human antioxidant, by taking a series of powerful antioxidants everyday. I notice it helps me a lot to balance out my ES. My favorite combo has become taking Isotonix OCP3 (super bioavailable vitamins), together with niacin on an empty stomach in the morning. The results are amazing. Because OCP3 is such bioavailable nutrition, it goes right into my blood, and because niacin opens up my blood vessels (flush), it takes this nutrition rushing through my body, cleaning and energizing my body. I can be low on energy, bad mood, confused with nerve pain from ES, and when I take this it is lifts me right up and I feel great. The other new product I'm taking that helps a lot is Oasis "Ageless". It is a combination of powerful antioxidants, niacin, anti-arthritic extracts, and nerve calming vitamins. My mind is much clearer and I get more done when taking one table-spoon twice a day. My approach has become to search out all the best antioxidant based products, and take them all. Its a bit expensive, but I'm feeling much better so its worth it. I'm still on USANA shakes & vitamins on top of the above. People tell me I look so healthy - they ask what I did. I'm still challenged to work on computer, but do so for about 4 to 6 hrs a day, and balance it out with outside activity or doing housecleaning chores -- anything physical seems to help a lot in balancing my ES. The other thing I do that gives me instant reduction in ES is to turn my LCD monitor to it lowest contrast, and almost lowest brightness settings. I get instant relief. Cheers, Glenn |
