EMFs and thirst

SuperLaura
Hi everyone, I wanted to share something that helped me when I struggling with crazy insane thirst due to EMFs. I was so thirsty I was drinking well over 1 gallon per day (which isn't good for your body cause it can overwhelm your organs that have to filter the water) and I was still parched and felt like I was dying of thirst.

I found that EMF damaged cells can have a hard time absorbing water. What made all the difference for me was mineral water instead of filtered/distilled water. For some reason it was the only thing that could stop the thirst and take it away. For some reason the minerals helped my cells absorb the water. Adding minerals to the filtered water didn't work, only the water that naturally had the minerals in it. I drank only mineral water for a month. I tried many brands and San Pelligrino sparking mineral water was the one that I liked the best and quenched my thirst the most. After the first month I drank maybe one bottle of mineral water (25 oz) a day as well as filtered water (40-60oz).That was about a year ago. I still drink the mineral water but I don't need as much, maybe one bottle every 2 or 3 days. I guess for everyone it may be different but if you are really thirsty, have chapped lips, sore throat, or are waking up at night thirsty (when you are drinking plenty of water) etc you may want to try some different types of water, it can make a huge difference.

You can scroll down to see a photo of the mineral content. I tried to upload the photo here but it was too big.

I think the key is drinking water in a natural state with the minerals naturally in the water rather than something that is filtered and changed through processes.

Drinking lots of water is important for healing as well. It really matters which water you drink. Normally the water that is best for you will be the one that tastes the best. I try to make it a habit to switch up what kind of water I am drinking because what the body wants often changes. Trying different brands, different types of filtration processes and different mineral waters has helped me as well as trying other drinks such as coconut water, watermelon water, etc and fresh juicing. I used to juice a lot before I figured out the water I was drinking wasn't hydrating me because it was also very hydrating.

I know what you're talking about - if I don't drink a glass of water an hour I get dehydrated so fast - but excessive thirst can also be an early warning sign of diabetes, too.  Just saying.

Yes, I once had a diabetes test due to my excessive thirst, but they confirmed that wasn't the issue...

Oh yeah I'm sure many symptoms of EMF can be symptoms of other illnesses as well. In my case it was EMF related. I don't have a thirst problem very often anymore now that I am drinking things that are actually hydrating. Some waters just dont hydrate well for EMF damaged cells.
