I would really appreciate knowing if anyone lives where the Smart Grid is fully operational. If so, how are you coping? What did you experience when it was turned on?
My research tells me that the RF emissions are much higher than any other wireless devices we are typically exposed to. Thanks for your input, Laurie |
"smart "meters are installed in our town and can look our house online to see results it is getting. Have noticed changes in self but didnt know if from eating lots of dried fruit earlier for several weeks... Hi there, yarnspinner,
I get confusion from being near Smart meters, too. However, my question is this: Are there any towns/cities where the whole power grid is up and running with WiMax and these Smart meters? As Jerry Flynn demonstrated on his video, using a graph, the smart meter system will expose us to something like 40 times the rf as a cell phone. Here in Nanaimo they have not turned on the whole system, which Ted Olynyk from B.C. Hydro admitted a few months ago. I guess I could try calling B.C. Hydro and see if they give me a straight answer. Is everyone aware that the new appliances that people are buying are soon-to-be rigged with the Zigbee chip? They will emit rf into the home throughout the day, communicating with the Smart meter. Already someone in Australia cancelled their order for Bosch appliances, which have the chip. Apparently the chip cannot be disabled. What next????
