Hi all,
Is the biggest cause of dizziness & nausea w EMF's thryroid? Its a weird kind of dizziness, w nausea. I've never felt in my life before. I'm waiting for iodine, taking kelp until then. I can hardly leave the house b/c as soon as I walk outside it gets worse. Does anyone else have it this bad? Wish I could move to NJ w no wi-fi. Hi Kathy, I can't say after reading tons of people's comments that dizziness and nausea are only caused by thryoid/adrenal issues. What I can say is this: we have had a HUGE reduction in these symptoms with supporting both these glands, taking coral calcium, (bob's barefoot), upping our Vit D3, (mercola's spray Vit D). Dizziness is often a sign of the adrenal stress. And because the adrenals and thryoid work together, when these glands need help, they tend to be BOTH affected especially by wireless. Was that New Jersey you said? There are many places in New Jersey that have the new solar street lights hooked up to WIFI. And other places where the grid is so over loaded, the dirty electricity is OFF the charts, with high electric fields! Many neighborhoods where people get shocked in their pools and jacuzzi's because of the way they UPPED the power on the grid. Nasty nasty situation. Have you tried the nutri-meds.com raw Porcine Thyroid? Or the raw adrenal glandulars? And anything in your diet that is either gluten, or corn, or peanuts, or milk can make the nausea worse, as the wireless radiation tends to multiply any mold in these products. Are you able to do the Baking Soda in water? Peppermint oil helps with nausea too. Before I go anywhere, I do the Baking Soda to keep my blood alkalized, (radiation turns the body acidic), and I carry a spray bottle of Peppermint water and spray in my mouth. I do this BEFORE, During and AFTER I go anywhere. I have this helps tremendously. Kathy,
Yes, microwave exposure can have negative effects on the Endocrine System, especially pancreas, thyroid, ovaries and testes and it helps to support them. But there is a whole list of other detrimental biological effects caused by microwave to consider as a possible cause of dizziness. From what I have read, symptoms reported by people such as buzzing in the head, heart palpitations, light- headedness, dizziness, visual disorder, cardiovascular problems, respiratory problems, nervousness, agitation, seizures, paralysis, psychosis and storke are ALL related to changes in the electrical activity of the brain. In addition, albumin and protein from the blood are passing through the Blood Brain Barrier and damaging brain tissues. And microwaves can cause blood cells to leak hemoglobin. Studies done by Dr. Leif Salford show that talking on a cell phone for only two minutes can disable the blood brain barrier. Also, studies show that talking on a cell phone while driving is like driving drunk and the effect lasts 15 minutes after you end the call. England, Spain, Isreal, Switzerland, & Brazil ban cell phone use while driving. Microwave radiation is altering the brain waves and the brain matter itself. An Austrian study done in 2005 showed that radiation from a cell tower at a distance of 80 meters causes significant changes of the electrical currents in the brains of test subjects, many who complained of dizziness. There may be differiing kinds of dizziness that people experience. I experience dizziness and nausea from too much radiation - like an overdose - it is just simply making me sick like the flu and my body is telling me to get away from it. Kinda like a cancer patient gets sick from radiation treatments. Another kind of dizziness I experience is sudden vertigo and a loss of balance like I am going to fall over. It will last a few seconds then go away. Sometimes, I experience a dizziness from the radiation like my brain is being scrambled with too many frequencies and my brain feels overwhelmed. Sometimes I have a headache with the dizziness and sometimes not. I think the biological mechanisms for dizziness may vary. But be aware that it can be related to the electrical activity of the brain, not just because your thyroid is weak. In addition, there are many other symptoms caused by RH and EMF exposure, One thing that RH does is interfere with your body's temperature control mechanism, which is not necessarily due to thyroid issues. Another thing RH & EMF exposure does is cause blood cells to clump together. Thick blood and cell clumping can cause dizziness if you need to rehydrate. RH can cause heart and blood pressure problems too in some people -- this can cause dizziness. I take Thyroid Medication, Iodine and B-Vits, but I still experience dizziness when I am overdosed with microwaves. When the glass is already full, and you add more water, the water starts spilling over. C. Kathy, You know that baby nasal (snot suckers) little blue bulb plunger- we use to clean out a baby's mucousy nose? You can clean your own ears by: get two bowls, one either clear or white, the other does not matter. One will be used to hold clean warm to mildly hot water, the other white/clear will be used to catch the dripping water from your ear. White/clear makes it easier to SEE what stuff is coming OUT of your ear. Fill non white bowl or small pan with with clean warmed water. Dip the nose plunger in the bowl/pan and fill with water. Depress/squeeze plunger to fill with water, get as much water as you can it in. Take white/clear bowl and cup your ear with the bowl to catch the dripping water. You may need to use a hair clip and hold your hair out of the way, and you can put a hand towel over your shoulder to stop yoour shirt from getting soaked. Fill the plunger and release water into your ear. *then tilt head downwards, so that water drains from your ear to the white bowl. Look inside bowl after every ear rinsing, to see if you are getting any wax stuff out of your ears. It may take many times doing this, until you stop getting any wax build up from your ears. Then use either cotton gauze or thin towel to dry your ear. If you feel like water is "stuck" in your ears, bend over, head down, take your pointer finger, use this finger to hold the ear flap over the ear to make a suction cup, press and hold and release and shake your head/ear down. This should release any water that is stuck. **Also, both candida and eating foods your body does NOT like- can make the ears fill up with over wax conditons, plugging the ears, causing vertigo, and other balance problems. *When I took SOY and pesticides and MSG and other nasty food additives out of my diet, my ears cleared up tremendously. A thin coating of wax in the ears is healthy. When it gets overly yucked up, that is a common sign that the ears are reacting to usually foods the body does NOT like. JUst like people's nose can run when their is imflammation and the body is getting rid of it...mucous is actually ACID. The ears can react this way as well. Mucous is a sign of over acidity. Yes. I do. There are bit smart meters everywhere quite literally now. When getting zappped in my home got to be more then I could handle I used to go outside and walk around there large parking lot and stores in the shopping centre across the stree or do grocery shopping. I cannot go the grocery store anymore as the longert and most painful reaction I have had to date was from the cash registers at the grocery store. Even the red laser I use for pain every day did not get rid of nor even just reduce the pain. Last time I took a taxi to my doctor'c clinic 2 weeks ago, I had heart palpitations for over half an hour and I could feel the whole floor in my doctors clinic vibating the whole time I was there.
I have not come across any studies that specifically say that the whole endocrine system are effected by the smart meter frequencies but there are a couple that say that the smart meter causes cell death of thyroid cells ---my impression is that the frequencies cause cells in the thyriod to die and this is how the frequencies cause hypothyroidism. Pulse modulated 900 MHz radiation induces hypothyroidism and apoptosis in thyroid cells Esmekaya MA, Seyhan N, Ömeroglu S. Abstract PURPOSE: In the present study we investigated the possible histopathological effects of pulse modulated Radiofrequency (RF) fields on the thyroid gland using light microscopy, electron microscopy and immunohistochemical methods RESULTS: Morphological analyses revealed hypothyrophy of the gland in the 900 MHz RF exposure group. The results indicated that thyroid hormone secretion was inhibited by the RF radiation. In addition, we also observed formation of apoptotic bodies and increased caspase-3 and caspase-9 activities in thyroid cells of the rats that were exposed to modulated RF fields. CONCLUSION: The overall findings indicated that whole body exposure to pulse-modulated RF radiation that is similar to that emitted by global system for mobile communications (GSM) mobile phones can cause pathological changes in the thyroid gland by altering the gland structure and enhancing caspase-dependent pathways of apoptosis. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20807179 SMD Note: Smart meters utilize a 912 MHz frequency and emit pulsed rf radiation 24/7, with full body exposures at up to 160x that of cell phones (Hirsch, 2011). http://www.smartmeterdangers.org/index.php/smart-meter-research/112-pulse-modulated-900mhz entire article for individual use: http://www.avaate.org/IMG/pdf/Tiroides_Pulse_modulated_900_MHz_radiation_induce_hypothyroidism_and_apoptosis.pdf blessings Shan --- In [hidden email], KathyB <calicocat477@...> wrote: > > Hi all, > > Is the biggest cause of dizziness & nausea w EMF's thryroid? Just be careful with your initial iodine doses -- I know that Lizzie is very enthusiastic about iodine and takes large amounts, but some people have bad reactions to even small amounts. Me? Marc, That Thyro-Zyme has what looks to be good ingredients. I'm impressed by the product. Curious- do you remember how many you took of this, was it one a day, or two a day, or both in the morning and afternoon? I ask because some of the ingredients are in micrograms- *Mcg are actually very tiny amts..like pinhead size when it comes to nutrients/minerals. As for Iodine, I have read/heard/known of many who are unable to take larger doses of lots of supplements- not just Iodine. And if memory serves me correct, that's not the only supplement you had issues with. I think its quite possible that the more deficient someone is, in a mineral/nutrient, the more important is it, to start with very low doses. We did start low and gradually increased our doses; and we have also done many cleanses, detox protocols, and of course, we have and continue to do the Magnesium chloride oil foot soaks weekly. Here is some spot on info regarding Iodine. Lizzie Iodine Protects Against Fluoride Toxicity | Dr. Mark's Blog blog.imva.info/medicine/iodine-protects-fluoride-toxicityCached Not helpful? > do you remember how many you took of this This was the odd thing -- I think the recommended dosage (on the bottle) for the Thyro-Zyme was 2 capsules per day. However, I often find that I have bad reactions to supplements at the recommended dosage, but get the advertised benefits at far less than the recommended dosage. And that definitely applied here -- all of my dizziness / panic attacks went away at 1/4 - 1/3 of a Thyro-Zyme capsule, taken once per morning. And that's it. I have certainly noticed a "trend" in my hypersensitivity to thyroid-related supplements. Marc |
Well, I think the fact that those small amts helped you so much, is wonderful. That's an encouraging message for others. There is one thing I will mention here; and that is, that women's thryoid issues and men's can be quite different. It doesn't explain though, why there are both sexes, who tolerate only small doses in some supplements. What does maybe shed light, is that metabolisms can be quite varied, along with toxic exposure histories. I am very glad for you, that you got wonderful results. Maybe indeed, there is a thryoid/adrenal connection to the dizziness? Time will tell. I received the iodine yesterday & took 2 drops in water. My sensory system is messed up & it caused more burning. In the back of my mouth & core. It revved up the thyroid though. Today I took 1 drop on the skin. I'll consider th"Thyro-Zyme. Whatever this is Tumeric helps the dizziness. I read in Cr. Clark's book, of a parasite that causes dizziness, She suggests Tumeric & zapping. We built a zapper, the light goes on & it isn't registering current. She only uses a 9-volt battery. We have to try another part that might be bad & check all the connections. She says zapping is better than frequencies. Thanks so much. It is thyroid. I've been eating millet bread.
http://www.doctoroz.com/blog/lisa-lynn/3-ways-boost-thyroid-function Eat less of these foods; they slow your thyroid because they block your thyroid and your medication from producing thyroid hormone properly, especially when eaten raw. Tumeric has helped my daughter LOTS. We try to remember to take the Tumeric before we go out...and when we get back. Kathy, you can try putting a drop of the Iodine on the belly button. Just remember to let it dry before you pull your shirt back down, it can stain. I have a friend who's metabolism was way out of balance, there were MANY things she couldn't handle, or could only handle tiny amts. She found putting a drop or two of Iodine in her belly button worked great. I'm gland to hear it revved up the Thyroid!!! There are many ways to take it..moms of autistic children often put the Iodine on their child's feet, on the bottom. YEAH For Tumeric and Iodine! Keep us posted on your zapper progress. She says zapping is better than frequencies. Thanks so much. First of all, this article states that 40% of people are Iodine deficient. That is truly not accurate. The number is more like 80 % plus! Big difference! Secondly, getting Iodine from regular store bought salt also means people are getting asbestos and aluminum in THAT salt. From my point of view? That is BAD advice! Thirdly, he recommends Soy sauce as a good food, and under the heading of bad foods, you find Soy. Well, which is it? Because most soy sauces use the same type/kind of Soy! Now if he was being meticulous, he'd have said "fermented soy" and NON GMO Soy, fermented, is actually safe and healthy. But the article leaves that out. My list: Yes to Millet and Soy being thyroid disrupters. Cabbage, turnips, cauliflower, GRAINS, walnuts, peanuts, radishes, and all of the polyunsaturated oils can inhibit thyroid function. **Coconut Oil promotes thyroid production. Polyunsaturated fats interfere with thyroid hormone in just about every conceivable way. Probably the biggest offenders: are SOY-GRAINS-MSG- and ASPERTAME. Soy is in almost ALL processed food. **Read your package ingredients for hidden sources of SOY: Soy Protein Isolate, Soy Protein Concentrate, Textured Soy Protein, Hydrolyzed Soy or (Vegetable Protein), Soybean Oil and Soy Lecithin. Both SOY and MSG are found in nearly ALL regular processed foods. Now look for hidden sources of MSG: Malt Extract, Malt Flavoring, Bouillon Broth, Natural Flavoring, and addiitives that can contain MSG are: Soy Protein Concentrate, Soy Protein Isolate, and Whey Protein Concentrate. Monosodium Glutamate, Sodium Caseinate, Calcium Casinate, Corn Oil, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Hydrolyzed Plant Protein. You can see how there is an over lap between the Soy list and the MSG list. Now find Aspartame in your package ingredients: Nutrasweet, Equal, Spoonful, Crystal Light, and Additive 951. Bluntly put, Soy not only screws up the body, but also has an affinity for aluminum. Two for one. MSG and Aspartame are also bad, bad news. Getting these OUT of the diet as much as possible can only HELP reduce the body's toxic over load. Keep your eye on the big trouble makers...I simply don't see people eating enough kale or brocolli or cauli flower to cause a problem. But if you eat regular non organic food, and buy processed foods, you will find on the ingredients some major players that belong in the BAD FOR ANYONE'S HEALTH category. I've been eating millet bread. http://www.doctoroz.com/blog/lisa-lynn/3-ways-boost-thyroid-function Eat less of these foods; they slow your thyroid because they block your thyroid and your medication from producing thyroid hormone properly, especially when eaten raw. Cooking these foods inactivates their anti-thyroid properties. These foods are called goitrogens, which are chemicals that lower thyroid function. Eat these foods sparingly or only once every four days: Almonds Cauliflower (Any vegetable that falls into the broccoli family is a goitrogen and shouldnt be eaten more than twice a week if you have hypothyroidism.)Millet Pears TurnipsBrussels sprouts Corn Mustard Pine nuts Cabbage Kale Peaches Soy (Isoflavones block iodine)Canola oil Peanuts Spinach --- On Fri, 11/18/11, KathyB <[hidden email]> wrote: From: KathyB <[hidden email]> Subject: RE: [eSens] Dizziness & nausea To: [hidden email] Date: Friday, November 18, 2011, 1:20 PM I received the iodine yesterday & took 2 drops in water. Let me jump in...I have found that we do well with Spelt flour. We are not celiac. But we do find that Spelt (organic) doesn't give us any problems. Although said to be gluten, it is of a different type. Usually, if I make bread, I willl mix Spelt with Rice Flour, a small amt of Oats, (oats do not bother us either), sometimes Quinoa, and sometimes a lit'l Coconut Flour. I'm sorry but I can't tolerate spelt. I do okay with oats now. If you have a substitution for spelt please send it my way with your recipe. I need to make my own. How about rye? Or quinoa? I've never had any problems with those... |

Have you tried going OFF the grains? For many people, this works well for them. Maybe Diane could jump in here. You might be better off with NO grains. Substitutes are: Quoinoa, (Quinoa is actually a cousin to the dandelion plant) Amaranth, Coconut, Rice. Here's what I do: I simply mix up the flours...Quinoa is easy to work with, Coconut tends to be a little heavy, so us sparsely, Rice is very light, so Oats mixed in helps. Recipe 1 Tbsn of yeast OR a yeast substitute is:* (1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice and One Teaspoon Baking Soda) 1 Tablespoon Sugar ( or substitute: Raw Cane Sugar/ Honey /Raw Coconut Crystals low glycemic sugar-made by Coconut Secret 100% organic- this is not very sweet but enough for bread) 1 1/2 cups of water. 2 1/2 cups of gluten free flour *(I mix the flours making sure to use at least 1/3 of a cup of Tapioca Flour in the mix.) 2 teaspoons xanthan gum 1 teaspoon salt 3 eggs 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil 1 Teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar or *(I use half vinegar and half lemon juice here) Start by combining yeast or yeast substitute and sugar in small bowl. It should bubble when happy. Let mixture sit while you mix rest of ingred. Combine flour mix, xanthan gum and salt in large mixing bowl. In third bowl, whisk eggs, oil and vinegar until eggs are frothy. NOw add the two liquid bowls to the flour mixture. Blend dough with the mixer for 4 minutes. **You can either use a bread machine or to do by convention oven: Scoop dough into a greased pan (grease with coconut oil). Allow the dough to rise in warm area until it is about 1 inch from top of pan. Then bake at 375 degrees for 5-60 min. *You can add Flax seeds to this dough if you want. I generally do not get a very big loaf of bread. You will find it easier to slice if you let it cool and wrap in paper and refrig it for a few hours. *Anytime you are experimenting with diff't flours, remember to write down what you used of each flour and how much you used- so that you KNOW next time the one that worked the best. It usually takes me 2 loaves to find the right combination of flours.
