I forward the below email sent by IEMFA to the NGOs members, to spread the below proposal to sent many complaints from many  countries for the not receipt of same rights of disabled persons UN's Convention (signed by almost all the States) in case of EHS and MCS and their accessibility in (pubblic) buildings

We like to distribute an initiative from ReteNoElettrosmog Italia

Goal is that the Geneve's ENABLE/UN Committee, responsible for the Monitoring of the Human Rights of Disabled Persons' Convention application within the States, will receive - hopefully  in very few weeks -  many Complaints from different States' citizens  against many States that violate the Convention for - first of all - do not guarantee the full accessibility of ES persons to public buildings, as hospitals, schools, Offices, ....
 

There is not any 'fee' to pay or any lawyer to commit.
 

This Committee will make an internal review :
- if they answer NO, we will  open a 'conflict'  with UN (... or, more polite, will open a technical table ...)
- if they answer YES, they should open a claim to the concerned States, ... and we'll see.
 

There is not  any 'big' work that the NGOs and associations to do  !
 
 
They  will have :
 
a) to find out (see attachment) the  National concerned law and to discover how the Convention is realized there. which focal point, where is located, ...
b) to try to have a contact with them
c) if - as I presume - any answer will come, they will fill in the form with a reasonable number of  (ES) persons' references
d) to send to Committee.
