I've had an iPhone 6 (then an iPhone 7) on Ting Mobile, using Verizon as the network.

I once tried Consumer Cellular, using AT&T as the network, and found my iPhone 6 intolerable using that.  So went back to Ting.

Do you know if they have an app by any chance that shows the location of these new c-band towers?

I have suddenly started having symptoms outside the home now. Just driving around town. I've never had an issue outside the home before. In fact just the opposite, always been a huge relief. Maybe just residual effects from whatever it is in the house lasting longer.

I don't know of an app, but if you can measure frequencies, C-Band would be in the 3700 - 3900 Mhz range.

Ah okay thanks! Don't seem to be picking up that frequency. I am picking up a weird signal in a specific spot on a living room window. 1699-2165 in and out. Just this one window.  When I stand outside its really difficult to pick it up.

I'm super ignorant when it comes to how wifi, cellular work unfortunately. There is an alarm in the house that can (and has) use cellular to do something (maybe update). Hard shutting down the control panel seems to stop any cellular frequency readings from being detected near it or in the living room it recides in. Can the alarm company still be sending a cell communication to the house, thus showering the front room window with RF? I always thought that if you shut off the receiving device that stops the signal from being broadcast to you from the cell provider.

BTW just want to say how grateful I am to you. Your always so fast to try to help with your vast knowledge! Thank the universe for you sir!!

I'm wondering if that signal you are picking up by the window could be part of a wireless home security system?  As in to tell if the window has just opened?  Although I wouldn't think that such a signal would be continuous or strong.

Just an idea.

They have what seems to be wireless sensors on all the windows that have two parts. One on the window frame and one on the window.  I've tested each one and they are quiet unless the window is opened, then a sudden surge from meter but no frequency measurment.  I've used the meter near each one throughout the house and nothing really. Neighbor way across the street (50 feet or more) where the window faces has a direct TV satellite fwiw. I've tried getting readings near his house and don't seem to pick up a frequency measurement. In fact one night I walked to all the nearby neighbors house and couldn't get the same signal. I'll have to try again.

I remember reading that wireless alarm systems should not be used by ES persons.  I have no personal experience with them except that I would not install one in a house that I sleep in.

We had a Direct TV dish on our previous homes and the problem from that system is in the cables from the dish into the home.  If you ever want to see what that cable is carrying in terms of high frequency, unscrew the cable from the back of the cable box inside the house and have your meter turned on.  It maxed out my HF35C from across the room.  Direct's dish does not have a transmitter, it is shaped/built in a way to gather signals that are already present in the air, so a person would have to stick a high frequency meter right up to the dish to pick up RF.  However, Dish Network used to offer satellite internet service at our last residence, so it might be problematic being a near such a dish as it could be a 2-way transmitter.

I looked at the Cornet ED88T and do not see where it is capable of indicating what the frequency is of what it is measuring.  It appears that it shows the power strength of the frequency(ies) in v/m, dB, or mw/m2.

I didn't study it well, but there is a good YT video on how to use the meter (which claims instructions that come with it have errors)  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oggnOVI3Q_8

Look at the "plus" model (says it only goes up to 2.7Ghz for the frequency counter)

Thanks, Marc.  I see where that model gives the frequency.  I've often had questions about the frequency range of what I'm measuring.

As far as the alarm goes I'm at the mercy of the people I live with. They are in contact for 5 years (6months in). They have it turned off completely in order to help me even though they have to pay monthly. They reside in what is considered the most dangerous place to live in for their state, crime wise.

I was in a way worse situation fwiw.

This is headed towards debilitating.

Thanks for that info on dish!

Did some more testing and the signal is coming from outside too. I can follow a sort of invisible line of RF (with the 1600-2500mhz frequency which almost never shows up on my meter). It leads across the street for quite a distance.  Its really hard to pinpoint because I'm standing in the street at night trying not to rouse suspicion. We have the alarm literally shut off. It seems to only come in at night as well. Could this be the alarm company's signal being beamed to us regardless of if the alarm is disarmed and turned off? It kills though I can tell you that.  I try to ignore it but it just gets worse and worse.
